The house was very well stocked for cooking and eating needs, but definitely bring your own spices. Tons of room for my group and was easy walking distance to the pier. Highly recommend this location.

We were traveling with a family of 11. The house was nice and stocked well and plenty of sleeping space for everyone. The upstairs beds in the pink room were broken or were severely broke down in the middle to where you (both) rolled to middle all times. Also we had elderly parents with us that the stairs were a lot for and there were several to go in and out or to rooms. Location was great and we enjoyed.

The house itself it great. Nice location, wonderful setup, modern appliances, furniture and beds. The house needs a deep clean- there was significant mold in the basement shower and shower curtain. thick layers of dust and cobwebs in the walls and decor, and the coffee maker had moldy coffee grounds from prior renters. Additionally, there was a towel that was dirty.

The house was large, clean, and well-maintained, and only a 5 minute walk to the beach. There were two separate kitchens, several gathering areas, large bedrooms, and it was in a quiet neighborhood. We loved it.
