Publié le 30 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayGreat access to the beach, beautiful views and well maintained condo unit and complex. After an initial glitch with linens and cleaning, the very responsive owner rectified things within an hour and our stay was wonderful. Highly recommend this property!

Just painted sign would have helped
Publié le 25 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayOutside door frame and trim were painted just before we got there. Got paint on my jacket that didn’t come out so it was ruined. A warning of wet paint would have been appropriate and appreciated.

Hey, John. I'm so sorry that occurred. The condo association had someone touching up paint and didn't notify us. I'm glad that otherwise, you had a nice trip. We would love to have you back in the future.

March Stay
Publié le 15 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayI think this is an ideal location on Tybee. The beach access is great, the pool area is recently refurbished, and there is a good restaurant on site. We were pleased with how clean and updated the condo was. There was a new sofa from the one in the picture and it added some extra seating with a chaise. The amenities were perfect. The only small suggestion I have is to update the door lock system.

Perfect view!

The beach walks, excellent local seafood, a side trip to Savannah were all made even more enjoyable by this well appointed and very comfortable condo. It was a perfect spot for the two of us! And the balcony views of the dunes and ocean is something you will throughly enjoy!

Parking and communication a problem
Publié le 2 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayListing says to park on lower not reserved for restaurant but everywhere we saw tow warnings unless we had a parking permit. No permit was given and app communication with host go zero response. Vrbo gave us a phone number that didnt match the sign in the window and did not work. We were able to park without a problem but even the entry to the complex had a tow warning. The gate code to get into the pool area worked but not to return from the beach side, we had to walk around.

Perfect views
Publié le 11 nov. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe had a great stay. The condo is exactly as described and the balcony view is amazing. The perfect spot to watch the sunrise each morning. Easy beach access, we walked to breakfast each morning. Mid-beach is great. Close enough to walk to restaurants on either side of the island but quiet enough to relax and enjoy the beach. We will definitely be back and stay here again!

Perfect
Publié le 7 nov. 2023 sur HomeAwayMy wife and I stayed here for 4 nights and it was perfect. It has everything you need, pots, pans, towels,(check the cupboard for seasonings and coffee filters before going to the store). Getting to the beach is a walk around the corner through the pool and you are there. I have recommended this site to friends and family. We will defiantly stay here again next year.

Publié le 3 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayGood location with decent restaurant/bar onsite. Swimming pools plus easy beach access. Nice well appointed condo with beautiful ocean view. Important to me was comfortable bed, nice sized TV and fast internet and all performed well. I would reccomend the property.
