This beautifully updated corner-unit, top-floor condo boasts breathtaking oceanfront views and a prime location right on the bustling South End of Tybee Island! Take advantage of the convenience of being just 25 feet from the beach as well as steps from the pier, amazing restaurants and fantastic shopping!

You'll have access to everything you need to make the most of your trip. Kick back in the spacious living area, which features ample seating, a flat-screen TV, and spectacular views of the ocean. The fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances and a dishwasher makes preparing meals a breeze. The dining area provides plenty of space for up to 6 guests to gather and share a meal.

The star of the show is the private furnished balcony where you can relax and feel the ocean breeze while taking in the stunning panoramic views of the beach and pier. Retreat to one of the three bedrooms for a good night's sleep, with Bedroom 1 boasting a luxurious king-sized bed and an attached bathroom with a double sink, whirlpool tub, and shower. Bedroom 2 has another comfortable king-sized bed and a flat-screen TV. Bedroom 3 features a cozy queen-sized bed. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share access to the hall bathroom with a shower and tub combination.

Handicap friendly (elevator, not ADA compliant) 2 parking spaces in the gated lot.

About the Sandpiper Condos: This oceanfront gated condo building is located on the Strand, on the South end of Tybee Island. Situated in the heart of the South end commercial district, just steps from the beach, Tybee Pier, restaurants, and shopping. The Sandpiper Condo building is separated by a public parking lot from the beach and is in between two popular Tybee restaurants, Fannie`s on the Beach and Spanky`s Beachside, both sometimes offer live entertainment.

NOTE: Larger SUVs may not fit in parking spaces - especially during peak/ high seasons.

MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.

PETS: This home is not pet friendly.

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. especially from balcony and master bedroom. Well equipped. Management company was very responsive
replaced broken coffee maker within a couple of hours. One issue for us was that the road and parking lot between the property and the beach were extremely loud day and night during the weekend. Lots of revving engines and loud music from cars. That said, the property is definitely close to beach access, restaurants and shops. Other the noise, I would definitely recommend it.

Great Location, But Be Clear on the Sleeping Arrangements

If you love Tybee Island, this condo is in an ideal spot — right on the beach, with great views, and just steps away from the pier and local restaurants. The decor is coastal and clean, and the space is quite roomy, with a large kitchen and well-sized bedrooms and bathrooms.That said, there are a couple of things to be aware of. The "Extra Bedding Queen Bed" is actually an air mattress, and the bed listed as a "Queen" in Bedroom 3 is actually a full-sized bed. This was disappointing for two of the four couples in our group who were expecting queen beds based on the listing.We also noticed the floors weren’t very clean upon arrival, but to their credit, the manager responded quickly and sent someone out the same day to address the issue.

We loved the location and as 3 women renting the unit felt safe. The parking lot is enclosed and accessed with a code.The unit needed a thorough cleaning, dust everywhere. All the rooms had water damage to the ceilings. The owners really need to do some repairs.

Virtual learning getaway for our kids and grandchildren!

During this pandemic that we are currently in sometimes you have to plan a safe getaway to try and have some normalcy. This was the prefect spot and condo! CLEANLINESS WAS ALMOST PREFECT!!! The chair in the family room could use a covering. That was the only concern. However, my family and I travel together often and when we walked in the door we could smell how clean the condo was. THE CONDO LOCATION is prefect!!! We could walk to everything....food, shops, restaurants and the beach. The beach is always in view and steps away! We wished that we would have booked 2 more nights. It is a little noisy at night....I guess to be expected, since it's on a main strip. THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY! Five stars!!! They were helpful, professional, and kind with every call, text or email. I am a planner, so I always have many questions or concerns. To sum it up....we are looking forward to our next trip to Tybee Island and we are planning to book 301 Sandpiper again!!!

Perfect location

We had a great time and absolutely loved the location. Tybee is the perfect island feel, but also has a little bit of night life. The condo was clean, very roomy and cozy. The one improvement I would suggest is we had partial rolls of toilet paper in each room and no extras available.

Best Vacay Stay!

Loved having an ocean view. Everything was so clean and nice. I absolutely loved my master bedroom view. It was right in the middle of two great restaurants and convenient to shopping. Definitely will be staying here again. My family loved it.
