A day trip to Vlieland and the Frisian Museum in Leeuwarden is recommended and a ferry ride from Harlingen to Terschelling would be soothing as well. General supplies can be bought just 4 km away from a supermarket.

For children, it has an enclosed playground and adequate play equipment to keep them safe yet entertained. Enjoy the view of the starry sky from the veranda and make the most of your stay.
