Exceptional experience with incredible staff
Publié le 16 févr. 2024 sur HotelsOur stay at the Adiwana Bisma was fantastic. The room was spacious, cool, and was cleaned/refreshed twice a day. The most outstanding part of our stay, though, was the staff. Each person we encountered was friendly, helpful, and professional. Meals and drinks were exceptional, and we really enjoyed our spa visit as well. We would return to this hotel in a heartbeat and I cannot say enough good things about this hotel or their fantastic staff.

The staff was very kind and very helpful. The place is beautiful, quiet and friendly. Is located close to the centre of Ubud around 15 minutes walk. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to spend a nice and relaxing time

This boutique hotel is lovely, well located and the staff are so friendly and professional. Loved our stay at Adiwana Bisma. The pool area is also beautiful and has a wonderful view into the greenery.
