This trip was for our honeymoon. Upon arrival great customer service, I mean phenomenal customer service everyday. Villas- We stayed in villa #6, I wasn’t pleased with this villa. The cleanliness inside the bedroom area I would give a 7, the bathroom area 8, but the tub outside a 3 because of the layout and visibly dirty, we did not use the tub none of the days. The outside lounge bed 3 in cleanliness, the pool a 3, visibly dirty and mildew. We did not use the pool for non of the days as will. Now, we understand everything is majority outside and in the wild but they need to understand this is more of a reason to keep things clean on a regular. Villa #6 outside layout and bathroom tub area is made weird. The outside bed area faces the villa and you can really view the forest in the back, plus it’s surrounded by so much plants coming over onto the bed area which cause the bed to have plenty insects and ants. You wouldn’t be able to lay relaxed. I think the space should be open with a fan up top and plants trimmed or push away. This would help. Same thing with the tub area, plants growing over on to the tub, this area needs to be open, like other villas and the need to pressure clean the mildew walls. Now, the food is good. I give it a 8. We mostly had breakfast. Customer Service is 100.

Amazing customer service. The villa was amazing especially because there is a private pool with the rooms. Breakfast being included with this villa was amazing and the food for lunch and dinner was good as well. Overall 10/10 experience with this villa. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing! A wonderful and private jungle oasis. I have recommended to family and friends. The staff was excellent and very courteous! The extra add-ons to make a trip memorable were great too- I highly recommend doing the floating beeakfast, the private dinner, and the massages!! Soo worth it!

Over exceeded our expectations! The place is quiet, up in the heart of Ubud. Forest area, outdoor restroom is magical so refreshing, the most comfortable beds and pillows! The staff very friendly and welcoming and accommodating. Would highly recommend and plan to come back.

This Villa is perfect for couples. I can say it's super romantic and intimate. Very clean, Mother Nature is all around it lots of trees. There are 8 villas on the property. There's nothing else but if you're ok with the beautiful villa only then it's perfect. The staff is amazing very friendly and helpful. I loved all of them very kind people. Only downside is it is out in the middle of nowhere. We hired drivers everyday which wasn't a big deal. But I would have loved if they had more around the Villa. It's close to ubud market shop which is great too about a 20 min drive. All in all great place

What a great place. Away from the center of Ubud (Shuttle available) means it is quiet and tranquil. The Cilla we had (upgraded to 2 Bedroom President Villa) was spacious, well equipped and clean. Nice private pool. We had the floating lunch and the poolside candlelit dinner, and the food was delicious. Would definitely revisit

The breakfast was fresh and made to order which I loved. The staff is very friendly and there to assist with anything you may need. I really enjoyed my stay here it was hard to leave. Omg, the BED AND PILLOWS was soooo comfortable... I believe they were made straight from heaven.... That bed was the best so big and comfortable. I still want those pillows.... the best sleep I've had. My driver side said its hard to drive througg from the entrance. Its such a tight space to fit in with a car or truck. Everything was great.
