Situated close to the centre of Überlingen, a lovely town on Lake Constance, the well-furnished apartment “Ferienwohnung Borrs” is an ideal starting point for relaxing holidays on the lake and hiking or cycling tours in the scenic area. The 80 m² apartment on the first floor consists of a living room, 2 bedrooms (one with one single bed) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people.

Ruhige Ferienwohnung

Pros: Von der Ferienwohnung aus ist man fußläufig schnell in der Stadt. Auch Bus und Bahn, sind super zu erreichen. Da wir Kaiserwetter hatten, konnten wir auch mit dem Schiff die wirklich sehenswerten Städte am Bodensee und natürlich die Insel Mainau erkunden. In der Ferienwohnung ist alles, was man braucht. Sie ist liebevoll eingerichtet und dekoriert. Auch Prospekte, die Auskunft über Sehenswertes geben, sind vorhanden. Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Cons: Vielleicht ein wenig mehr Geschirr.

Pros: Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist einfach, aber mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Die Lage ist ruhig in einem Wohngebiet. Der Bodensee ist fußläufig in ca 15 Minuten erreichbar. Gaststätten, Supermarkt, Strandbad, Therme - alles kann man zu Fuß erreichen. Das Auto kann direkt vor der Tür geparkt werden. Check-in und Check-out waren ganz unkompliziert. Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist - wie auf dem Bildern ersichtlich- sehr klein. Unsere Jungs (5 und 11 Jahre) haben sich dort trotzdem wohl gefühlt. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen, erholsamen Urlaub!

Stadtnah und trotzdem ruhig

Die Ferienwohnung ist zentral und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einkaufsmöglichkeit und vor allem ein Bäcker in der Nähe. Wir waren rundherum zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.
