Überlingen ist ein toller Ort, der viele Möglichkeiten bietet

Die Ferienwohnung liegt zentral, hat 3 Schlafzimmer und kann maximal mit 6 Personen genutzt werden. Wir haben dort mit 3 Erwachsenen gewohnt, was gut ging, sonst ist die Badezimmersituation etwas spärlich.Hinweis: für Menschen mit Bewegungseinschränkungen ist der Aufstieg Mantelsteig zu schwer.

Okay,aber den Preis nicht wert

Die Wohnung war geräumig, den Preis allerdings nicht wert. Die Sauberkeit lies zu wünschen übrig, im Bad waren Haare in der Dusche und auf dem Boden, zudem wurde nicht Staub gewischt. Auch die Fenster sind stark in die Jahre gekommen und es gibt kleinere Verschmutzungen an den Wänden. Im Hausflur roch es stark nach Gras. Das kleinere Bad war nicht nutzbar, da zum Einen das Waschbecken undicht war und man zum Anderen den Raum nur bei offenem Fenster betreten konnte, weil es stark nach Kanalisation und muffigem Wasser roch. Der Vermieter wurde darüber telefonisch informiert. Da wir nur 4 Tage da waren, verzichteten wir auf eine sofortige Reparatur des Waschbeckens, da wir zeitlich ungebunden sein wollten. Die Lage ist nicht ruhig, da das Haus an einer kontinuierlich befahrenen Straße liegt und man so zumindest im vorderen Schlafraum ab dem frühen Morgen die Autos hört und so ein ruhiges Schlafen mit offenem Fenster nicht möglich ist. Der Kontakt zu FeWo war sehr unkompliziert und freundlich. Überlingen würden wir wieder besuchen, auch über FeWo buchen, aber nicht mehr diese Wohnung.

WLAN ja aber unregelmäßiges Internet.

Verständigung mit dem Vermittler gut auch vor Ort. Unterkunft gehört zu den 3 Besten bis jetzt wäre vielleicht noch 2. geworden wenn das Internet ständig gewesen wäre.
