Japanese traditional style hotel

Comfortable beddings on tatami mattress floor. Excellent shuttle service. Spa/baths were very relaxing (not busy at all). Reasonable prices including meals.

Fantastisk oplevelse

Fantastisk ophold i rolige, smukke omgivelser. På alle måder en positiv oplevelse. Personalet var venlige og hjælpsomme, spabadene skønne, maden lækker og værelserne dejlige. Kommer meget gerne igen.

・チェックインでの対応やウェルカムドリンク、チェックアウト時に荷物を持ってくれる宿泊施設が今までなかったのでその点はとても良かった。 ・温泉は二つの源泉で、ゆったりと心地良い入浴ができた。入浴場所のドリンクサービスは良かったがウォーターサーバー（水）があると更に良いと思う。 ・食事のスタッフは外国人で言葉遣いは良いが、一つの釜飯に火を着け忘れがあり炊き上がる迄30分待った。その際の謝罪が軽くて不愉快でした。また出来上がった時には満腹で非常に残念だった。 　朝食時も美味しく頂きましたが、ご飯のおかわりや飲み物の置き場所が分からず着座の時に説明して欲しかった。 ・部屋の鍵は人数分、また草履に自身と分かる目印（シール）などあると良かった。 売店があるとエレベーターに表示されていたが見当たらないためスタッフに聞いたら今はありませんとの事でした、またホームページでは夜にBARを利用できるとの事で楽しみにしていたが閉まっていて残念だった。

・チェックイン時の対応やウェルカムドリンク、またチェックアウトの見送り時に荷物を持ってくれたのは他の宿泊施設では経験がなかったのでとても良かった。 ・温泉は二つの源泉があり、気持ち良くゆったりと満喫できた。 ・食事のスタッフが外国人で接客態度は良いが、炊けるまで30分かかる釜飯の火の着け忘れがあり、食べれる頃には満腹で残念な気持ちだけが残った。謝罪も軽かったのでとても不愉快でした。 また朝食のご飯おかわりや飲み物の用意がある事の案内がなく説明不足にとても不満。食事面ではまた来たいとは全く思わない。

友達家族と子供連れの宿泊でしたが、スタッフの皆様が本当に親切にしてくださり、とても良い思い出になる旅行となりました！ 食事も驚くほど品数も多く、野菜も沢山使われて、美味しかったです。お部屋も快適で、温泉は何度も入りにいくほど気持ちよかったです。 大満足です！ありがとうございましたm(_ _)m

部屋の入口のドアが各部屋違って和風で素敵。お部屋は広くて綺麗。お正月のお花が活けてあり季節感もある。お風呂は古いけど大正ロマンで気持ちの良いお風呂。駐車場でも、テキバキと案内してくださり迷うことがなかった。
