Staff unfriendly. Small room made worse by poor choice of bed placement. Ancient 28" TV with no working cable. Exterior atmosphere positively prison like. Broken bathroom faucet. Uncomfortable linens. Noisy HVAC. At least there were no bugs.

We arrived late, rang the bell, and very quickly the manager came to the window and checked me in. The room was clean and the bed was good. The climate control was perfect. I would stay here again.

I arrived late and the person who checked me in made me feel welcomed and it was a very easy process. Got right into my room which was amazing since I was exhausted
