Accès très difficile (très peu ou pas de stationnement a proximité de la vielle ville) . Petit déjeuner banal, ingrédients de faible qualité et très peu cuisiné. Le personnel et le manager paraisse en permanence sous pression et stressés. Ce ne sont pas les meilleurs méthodes managériales qui puissent favoriser le climat de sérénité demande par des clients en vacances. Personnels heureux, clients contents...

Très bel hôtel magnifiquement situé dans la vieille ville d’Ulcinj. Personnel très sympathique. Bon petit déjeuner.

Magnifique sur tous les plans
Publié le 1 juin 2019 sur HotelsSans conteste la meilleure place pour la vue, l'ambiance "fort moyenâgeux" rénové, repaire de pirates avec tout le confort ! Excellente cuisine et accueil avec Enisa et les serveurs maîtrisant en 5 et 7 langues... je conseille vivement. ;)

Terrible experience i pay for ocean front view and they give me something else ,also they destroyed my clocth while doing our laundry.

Dear Sir, We are very sorry because You are not satisfied. As You know, You haven't booked unit with ocean view but "Superior Suite, 2 Bedrooms, Balcony, Partial Sea View". In moment when You made a reservation You had an opportunity to book "Deluxe Suite, 2 Bedrooms, Terrace, Sea View, 2 bedrooms" but You haven't choose that option. In case if You decide to come again in Ulcinj, You can contact us directly and we can offer You this with direct sea view for discounted price if it would be available for period You will search about. Loud club music all night
Publié le 15 juill. 2023 sur HotelsThe location is certainly intriguing (specific to being in the fortress area), however the hotel is situated directly above a strip of nightclubs— it’s EXTREMELY loud until about 1 or 2 am. Might as well have been clubbing ourselves. Even with the ac on, ear plugs, and white noise playing from our phones, couldn’t drown out the music enough to sleep. I wish we had been aware of this aspect prior to booking.

Beautiful hotel in old town. Restaurant patio outside is amazing. I would say a top choice in the old town. Thank you!
