A Little Fish is a relaxed and welcoming coastal hideaway, perfectly positioned just moments from Mollymook Beach. Set on the upper level of the home, this charming retreat feels calm and peaceful, capturing ocean views, cooling sea breezes. It has a cosy atmosphere that immediately invites you to slow down.

Inside, A Little Fish offers a comfortable space to relax. The living room is a warm and inviting space with a Smart TV, split system air conditioning, and a selection of board games for relaxed evenings in. The full kitchen is well equipped for home cooking, while the bathroom includes a shower and a small bath, ideal after a day spent at the beach. Guests also have access to an outdoor cold shower.

The main bedroom features a queen bed, while the second bedroom includes a queen bed and a single bed, making the home well suited to couples, families, or small groups.

Wi-Fi is provided for convenience.

Step outside onto the expansive entertainment deck, where ocean views and fresh coastal air set the scene for long lunches and evening meals. The electric BBQ makes outdoor dining easy, whether you are enjoying a casual meal or winding down as the sun sets. Children and dogs can be kept secure as the deck is gated. Opposite the house is a reserve, perfect for kicking a ball around.

Everything Mollymook is loved for is within easy walking distance, including Mollymook Beach, the iconic Mollymook Golf Club and beachside golf course, the playground, and a wonderful selection of local cafes.

The name ‘A Little Fish’ comes from a beautiful sculpture by Marilyn Puschak which is nestled within the native gardens.

Please Note:
- Please do not book if you are a hens, bucks, school leavers group or a party of any kind. These types of bookings will be cancelled.
- The property is dog friendly. The upper deck has a secure gate. Please note that the fences around the property will not keep in a determined escapee. Dog sitting can be arranged.
- Linen and towels are included, but please be sure to pack your own beach towels.
- The holiday accommodation occupies the entire top level of the home, while the lower level is permanently occupied. The entry ways are oriented away from one another, creating a strong sense of separation and privacy. The laundry is the only shared space. The permanent occupiers are quiet, respectful, and very much keep to themselves, allowing guests to enjoy their stay in peace.
