Perfect for accommodating large families, this property currently sleeps up to 14 guests. With Mollymook beach, Collers beach, cafes, shops and the Mollymook Golf Club all just a leisurely stroll away, convenience and relaxation converge seamlessly.

We require photo ID to be sent when booking is made and before any check details are provided. Only guests that are on the booking information are permitted on the property! STRICT NO PARTY POLICY (evidence of a party will result in loss of security deposit)
- Noise must be kept to a minimum especially after 10pm please respect the neighbours
- No smoking inside the property
- No pets
- All breakages must be reported prior to departure, it is then up to the owners discretion as to the charges that may apply
- Persons staying at the property must not exceed the amount booked
- Premises to be left in the same condition as found upon arrival and to be kept clean at all times. A cleaning fee will be charged if not adhered to. Tenants will be charged a fee if the BBQ requires cleaning and for dishes left in the sink or dishwasher
