This beautiful holiday villa with large pool and beautiful garden was built at the end of the penultimate century, still at the time of Austria-Hungary as a summer residence. Around the year 2000, the house was converted into an apartment complex with 10 one- and two-room apartments for 2, 3 or 4 people each. The beautiful apartments are only rented weekly, with arrival / departure on Saturdays.
All apartments are air-conditioned and have satellite TV. The rental units mainly have a balcony or terrace, some with sea views, otherwise with a beautiful garden view. Smoking is prohibited in the apartments and other premises of the villa. Smoking is allowed on the terraces and in the garden.
The extensive carefully maintained garden offers in addition to the attractive freshwater pool with sun loungers and various shady spots to relax and linger. A sun-protected parking lot for 11 cars is available free of charge.
Even children come here at their expense, so there are in the garden u.a. a swing and they can also move freely here otherwise. The absolutely quiet and idyllic location ensures a completely peaceful and relaxing holiday. The property is also located on a beautiful hiking and cycling path.
A special feature of the house is the free Wi-Fi Internet access. Your small and large pets are just as welcome here as your children and yourself. You can also have your laundry washed by the owner when needed.
The friendly landlord couple is available in German, English, French, Italian, Croatian and Slovenian.
Savudrija, a former fishing village, is today a small, quiet tourist resort, located in northwestern Croatia, on the Istrian peninsula. The village with shops for daily needs can be reached in just 10 minutes. A small mom and pop shop is located in the harbor just 100 meters away. Freshly caught fish is available here every morning. More shopping facilities and numerous sports facilities are within 10 km of the town of Umag. The well-known resort of Portoroz, 10 km north, already located in Slovenia, has the appropriate infrastructure with restaurants, shops and a casino.
The surrounding area invites you to take a bath or go for a walk, where the tranquility is disturbed at best by birdsong. The beach is 300 meters from the house, a quiet nudist beach is about 900 meters away. The in-house swimming pool has sun-heated fresh water.
