The apartment is equipped with solid wood furniture and quality real leather sofas. Our apartment is a well-furnished three-room apartment. It is located on the ground floor with a large terrace. The living room is equipped with a 42 inch - LG flatscreen, WLAN LTE router 3 GB for free, comfortable sitting area with sofa bed with cold foam mattress (182 x 133 cm) and has a separate dining area. The new integrated kitchen (since 2017) is fully equipped (dishwasher, microwave with grill, ceramic hob, coffee maker, Nespresso® machine, kettle, toaster and stove etc.).
In the first bedroom there is a large double bed and in the second bedroom a new box spring bed from March 2018 (160 cm wide).
The bathroom is equipped with an all-glass shower, vanity, hair dryer and toilet. Also located in the bathroom washing machine. The laundry can be dried on a drying rack on the terrace.
The terrace is equipped with an awning, rattan furniture and ball Landmann- Grill.

War ok

Kommunikation mit vermieter und vor ort personal war ganz gut . Aber alles in allem , garten war leider nicht eingezäunt, mit hund eher achlecht.man sollte gassi auserhalb gehen. Ea waren aber keine Fußwege vorhanden , was das spazierengehen sehr gefährlich machte. Strand Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und andere unterhaltungs Möglichkeiten alles ab einer halben stunde entfernt . Kein spielzeug für Kinder vorhanden nur sehr alte brettspiele .wir haben für uns Erwachsene dann noch rommè karten gekauft . Raus konnte man sich auch nicht setzen , weil es einem die Mücken garnicht moglich gemacht haben !!! Wenn man nur kurz draußen war hat man sehr viele Mücken mit ins haus gebracht und man konnte durch diese dann wieder nicht schlafen . Spielplatz in der Nähe waren die Parkplätze nur bos 20 uhr geöffnet .auch super !!Handseife war so gut wie leer , toilettenpapier hatten wir 2 rollen für 4 personen fur 6 tage. Man soll anrufen wenn man was hat aaaber Empfang war in der ganzen Unterkunft gleich 0. Also alles in allem ganz ok aber für uns kommt es dadurch nicht wieder in Frage

Gut mit Mankos

Preis/Leistung ist Okay. Lage ist Ruhig und Abseits von vielen. Der Garten ist Nett. Die Gartenmöbel und das Aussehen eher schwierig bis schlecht. Von Vogelkacke bis Spinnweben war da alles Vertreten. Auch Blöd das im Nachbarhaus frühs die Veranda mit einem Kärcher bearbeitet wird, stört schon. Bettwäsche ist übrigens vorhanden und im Kleingedruckten steht dann. Nur gegen Gebühr ( richtig teure Gebühr)! Sauber ist das ganze nur auf den 1. Blick. Staubwedel und Spinnweben sind überall zu finden. Das Negativ Highlight ist das Bad. Lüfter geht nicht! Hauptsache ein Schild an die Tür hängen, dass das Bad geöffnet sein muss. Also ernsthaft, dass ist Frech. Hausmeisterservice wusste nichts davon, wer hat da nur das Schild ran gemacht?!

Es war sehr schön nach rund 35 Jahre an den Ort zurück zu kommen, an dem ich schon als Kind war. Die Anlage und die Wohnung sind sehr schön.

Die kleine Anlage ist sehr nett. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Leider ist der Lüfter im Bad ohne Funktion - so riecht es auch. Alles ist stark beansprucht, wurd nicht repariert. Lose Kabel im Bad... dreckige Heizkörper mit fehlenden Schrauben in der Abdeckung.... manche Ecken ziemlich schmutzig

Die perfekte Unterkunft für die ganze Familie.

Jollekieker ist die perfekte Unterkunft für Groß und Klein. Es ist alles vorhanden was das Herz begehrt, auch an Regentagen ist für Unterhaltung gesorgt z.B. Gesellschaftsspiele und Lesestoff. Die Fewo ist super sauber und ordentlich und sehr schön eingerichtet. Alles in allem einfach perfekt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöner Kurzurlaub

Die Wohnung ist wirklich schön, Gute Ausstattung zum Wohlfühlen, Ist etwas abgelegen, für Brötchen muß man 7 km fahren. Ansonsten alles OK.
