Room was very clean and comfortable. Food and coffee bar were especially nice. The only down side was we had to wait in line for over 20 minutes to check in. The receptionist was doing her best but was obviously short staffed.

This is where we typically stay when we visit family in the area. In the past we've enjoyed the breakfast, etc. This time, the breakfast selection was not as good. Very limited fruit, mostly high carb foods. The apple juice was water. And the cookies later in the day were on the edge of being burned (both evenings).

Came back to room @ 9:30 PM tired. Key would not work. Lock mechanism battery dead. Had to wait in lobby for an hour for a tech to come from home to fix it. No apology. No compensation. Shouldnt batteries be freshened on a schedule? Also. Drain in tub backs up so your feet are in dirty water. Toilet not secure to floor. Shower curtain ripped. This place caters to work crews, apparently. We were glad to get out of there.

Good hotel with minor issues

The hotel was nice. Rooms were clean however The bathroom sink trap needs to be cleaned out in room 405. There was a bad smell coming from the sink. Also they ran out of juices for the morning breakfast. Otherwise the stay was great,

It was a nightmare experience. They called me a few hours before i got there and told me expedia overbooked and i could not stay there. Then they changed my room and called to say i could stay there. When i got there, my room was horrible. The heating/cooling system did not work and there were dirty wet towels on the floor. The fire alarm was ripped out from the ceiling leaving a big hole there. There was a large live insect in the sink. Some parts of the room had not been cleaned. They said they would refund or discount and lied to expedia that they did not charge me but they had asked for another card and charged me $144.30 for this awful nightmare of a hotel room. I am still trying to resolve this problem but the hotel blocked my phone. I do not recoomend that anyone support this dysfunctional hotel.

Not our usual HIE stay

Tv not working. Changed to another room told batteries for remotes not available…on order. Broken floor tiles at entrance to original room given Second room carpeting outside room soiled with numerous marks. Tub grout black mold. Urine smell in bathroom. Newly hired staff on desk helpful. Breakfast staff as courteous. Water pressure in shower was great
