Cottage - Small Villa on the Rhine

We are delighted to open from November 2015 our new "Cottage- small villa in Pfuhl".
As an independent extension of the previously already popular holiday home 'small villa in Pfuhl ", the" Cottage- small Villa "be booked separately or as a great guest house together with" Small villa in Pfuhl ". Both buildings are connected to each other, but can also be accessed via the respective walled gardens.

The Cottage small villa offers enough space for 10 people. The house is fully restored and very luxurious. Two exclusive bathrooms with level large shower area, large vanities with stone basins and toilets as well as a separate "stylish" Cottage-WC will enjoy a very individual holiday house character.

The house has 2 double rooms and 1 quadruple room (1 double bed and 2 single beds) and a sofa bed for two people in the large living area.

The kitchen of the cottage Small villa very comfortable and professionally equipped and allows the basis of an open cooking island, a lot of joy in communal cooking. Subsequently, the menu can be enjoyed at a long table in the adjoining open dining and living room or on the terrace. In the adjacent open plan living area with comfortable Chesterfield sofas can comfortably end the evening.

This is a very nice house with a ton of amenities. The biggest thing that blew me away was the attention to detail for small things in the kitchen and bathrooms. Really really a great space for any large family.

Fantastic experience

We (a family of 7 with young kids) had a fantastic time staying at this house in Unkel. The house is just as described, spacious, nicely decorated and very well equipped. The host was very friendly and helpful, personally greeted us on arrival and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking meals, and there is plenty of crockery, glasses etc to entertain a large group. There’s a lovely garden with a patio and a BBQ. The house is very well situated, in walking distance to both a couple of big supermarkets and other shops as well as the old town and the Rhine. We would definitely book this house again.

Not a "cottage" but a big house

The first thing that surprised us was that the house was much bigger than we expected based on the pictures. The house was perfectly renovated and more than fully equipped with all you need for a comfortable stay, including the flowers on the table. Furthermore, it is in a quiet neighborhood close to the centre and the necessary shops. We only stayed 3 nights, but we really enjoyed staying in the house, cooking and playing board games. We also visited Bonn and Schloss Drachenburg, both worthwhile visiting. Whenever we decide to go back to this area, ie to visit Koln we certainly will be back. Thank you!

Ankommen und wohlfühlen!

Die Überschrift sagt eigentlich alles! Angekommen und nach einer sehr netten Begrüßung (wir waren viel früher als angenommen da, konnten in der Zwischenzeit aber schon mal den Ort erkunden) und Einweisung konnte der Urlaub sofort losgehen. Die Villa ist ein Traum, jeder Raum wurde sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, man lebt dort wie zu Hause! Alles war sehr sauber und aufgeräumt, es fehlte nichts, lediglich das Wetter hätte besser sein können - aber dafür kann ja keiner was...;-) Wir können die Villa uneingeschränkt empfehlen und sagen noch einmal DANKE für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Eine wunderschöne Villa direkt am Rhein in Unkels Altstadt, modern und mit Liebe zum Detail restauriert. :) Wir haben 1 Wochenende mit 9 Personen dort verbracht und es war wirklich wunderbar! Alles war sauber, die Zimmer großzügig geschnitten, hell und trotzdem sehr gemütlich. Die große Küche bot uns viel Platz zum gemeinsamen Kochen, der Garten lädt zum Entspannen ein und es fehlte uns an nichts. Insbesondere möchte ich hier noch einmal die außergewöhnlich schön gestalteten Badezimmer mit den Naturstein-Duschen erwähnen, da möchte man gar nicht mehr raus kommen! Die Betten waren auch sehr bequem und zusammenfassend kann ich nur sagen: Wir haben alles einfach nur seeehr genossen - ob den Kaffe am Morgen auf der Terrasse oder ein gemütliches Glas Wein am Feuerkorb, wir sind restlos begeistert! Auch die Vermietung lief unkompliziert, sehr nett und ohne Probleme ab. Wir haben sogar noch Infos und Kontaktmöglichkeiten zu Aktivitäten in der nahen Umgebung bekommen, was nicht selbstverständlich ist. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens weiter empfehlen!

Das Cottage ist sehr schön in Unkels Altstadt in direkter Nähe zum Rhein gelegen und wurde modern und mit Liebe zum Detail restauriert. Wir waren 9 Personen und haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. :) Die Zimmer sind großzügig geschnitten, hell und trotzdem sehr gemütlich. In der Küche haben wir viel Platz und alles Nötige zum gemeinsamen Kochen vorgefunden und der Garten lud zum entspannen ein. Insbesondere möchte ich hier die außergewöhnlichen Badezimmer mit ihren Naturstein-Duschen erwähnen, aus denen man gar nicht mehr raus kommen wollte! Alles war sauber und die Betten sehr bequem. Auch die Vermietung lief unkompliziert, nett und ohne Probleme ab. Wir haben sogar noch Infos und Kontaktmöglichkeiten zu Aktivitäten in der nahen Umgebung bekommen, was nicht selbstverständlich ist. Ob der Kaffee am Morgen auf der Terrasse oder das gemütliche Glas Wein am Feuerkorb - es war einfach ein rundum schöner Aufenthalt! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Großartiges Cottage

Das großzüge Cottage wurde von den Vermietern mit viel Fantasie und großartigen Ideen für die Einrichtung so geschmackvoll und weit über dem üblichen Standard eingerichtet, dass wir uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt und eine äußerst erholsame Woche am Rhein verbracht haben. Zentral und doch ruhig in Unkel gelegen. Das Cottage ist von den Vermietern mit viel Fantasie und großartigen Ideen sehr liebevoll eingerichtet worden, so dass wir uns auf Anhieb sehr wohl gefühlt und eine erholsame Woche am Rhein verbracht haben. Traumhaftes Wochenende im Cottage

Wir haben unser Hochzeitswochenende im Cottage verbracht und es hätte perfekter nicht sein können! Wir fühlten uns schon im Voraus durch die Vermieterin sehr herzlich willkommen und es hat an absolut nichts gefehlt. Die Atmosphere im Cottage ist unbeschreiblich warm und wir hätten uns nirgendwo wohler fühlen können. So waren auch die Eindrücke unserer Gäste. Wir würden jederzeit wieder im Cottage Urlaub machen und möchten der Vermieterin ganz ganz herzlich für dieses unsagbar schöne Wochenende danken. Sie haben unserer Hochzeit einen ganz besonderen Rahmen gegeben und zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis beigetragen!

Wunderschönes Haus für kleine Gruppen!

Exzellent Wohnen auf Zeit

Für meinen runden Geburtstag hatte ich bereits Anfang 2015 die "Kleine Villa im Pfuhl" derselben Eigentümer abgemietet. Was eine Freude und Fügung, dass auch das Cottage rechtzeitig bezugsfertig wurde. So fanden alle 20 Gäste ausreichend Platz zum Feiern, Tanzen und Übernachten. Jede/r war begeistert von der geschmackvollen und ansprechenden Ausstattung. Es ist zu spüren und sehen, dass die Bauherren ihr Herzblut investiert haben. Familie Peters unterstützte mich jederzeit. Es war sehr angenehm und leicht miteinander. Auch die Empfehlung für das ayurvedische Büffet einer Köchin aus Bonn ging voll auf.

Wohlfühlwochenende im Cottage

Ein von Anfang an unkompliziertes und harmonisches Miteinander mit dem Vermieter, selten ein so gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus gesehen (und das nach > 20 Jahren Organisation von Kurztrips unserer Herren-Truppe ;o)), alles mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, inkl. Das Haus ist liebevoll und funktional eingerichtet. Küche und Wohnraum bieten viel Platz. Die Vermieterin ist zugewandt und half uns bei Anfrage sofort. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, bis zum Rhein sind es wenige Meter.
