I would rate a 3.5 star hotel. Very good, affordable. Stayed for a one night trip. Worked out perfectly.

Checked in at 11:00 pm and the heat in my room was not working (38 degrees outside). 64 degrees in my room. Called the front desk and was told someone would be coming to check my thermostat. 1 hour later no one has showed up so I got dressed and went down to the from desk. Finally found someone to help. Heat came on and when I woke up them next morning it was 85 degrees in my room. When checking out front desk gave my a number and name of a manager to call about a discount for my issues. Called her 4 times and left messages with no return call. I was told 3 times by other employees that she was in her office when I called. Terrible customer service !!

Light bulbs missing in lamp, no ice on each floor and curtains messed up couldn’t close it

The property was well maintained and clean. The wait staff in the bar area was okay but not very attentive. there was NO staff at the breakfast hour. Finally, someone walked in and checked the trays and serving dishes, but the coffee urn was empty and was never replenished. Had I chosen I could have walked out and never paid, because no one came by and checked.
