The heat was not working but the owners were more than accommodating, leaving several space heaters in the unit, plus the down comforter and fleece blanket on the bed helped, too. I had to ask for the wifi password and a box of tissues after settling in, and the owners responded fairly quickly. It is a very quiet property; I enjoyed listening to the birds!
