Pratique

Chambre spacieuse, bon déjeuner, propre, lit confortable. Frigo, micro-ondes. Chauffage bruyant, ouverture sous la porte de 1’’ donc bruit du couloir comme si vous y étiez. Risque de feu: la porte de salle de bain se consume sur la lampe chauffante et la minuterie se bloque.

When we arrived in our room, we discovered our 2 Queen size beds were double beds. Which are significantly smaller. One bed only had a sheet, (no blanket or bed spread). The other had a blanket and sheet, but no bed spread. There is a sink outside the bathroom. I thought, "how nice". Later at night, with the lights off, I was feeling for something in the dark and discovered this area was covered with some sticky substance. All in all, we are not impressed.

Left in under an hour. Couldn't even think about letting my daughter, or myself stay there. Description, reviews and photos ARE A TOTAL MISREPRESENTATION. Halls were dark, dingy & musty. Dark parking area with less than safe people hanging around in group. Service desk person was humorous but not professional. Nauseously strong odor as soon as room door was opened. Smelled dank, musty. Very very hot in room. Room was dirty. Air barely worked even on high. Flies everywhere, YES, flies! Smearing of idk what on desk. Stains on comforter. Carpet wasn't suitable for shoes let alone socks. Never even went near the bathroom. I wouldn't take money to stay here. Waiting for a full refund. Hard to reach anyone by phone. Spent over 30 min trying to get refund or new room somewhere else. Out of state or out of country customer service, we could hardly understand each other. It is not at all sufficient when things go wrong and needing help immediately. AWFUL EXPERIENCE.

I guess if we'd arrived when it was still light out, and if my mobility was not so limited, say as good as it was 4 years ago, when distances and stairs without an elevator were of no concern, and if the desk clerk gave better directions regarding which entrances our room was halfway between (instead of near one as requested) then this score would be much better. The parking and walkways to building entrances are too dark. An autistic person who typed the requests expects someone to read those and honor and/or respond to them. An autistic person with money to spend is not planning to call motels ahead.

This place is tired. Surprised by fee to pay by debit/credit card, along with "no cash" signs. But they took cash. Mildew/mold in shower. Shower very hard to operate. Had a stained washcloth that was allegedly clean. Had to peel used gum off headboard. Breakfast was really lame.

Could not contact hotel to get shuttle from the airport. No answer on phone: goes to call center robot. No info about schedule or how to get pick up on website. Hotel is long way from airport. Room and breakfast okay. Staff very nice.

Will not stay here again

Where do I start? The loft we booked wasn't ready when we got in at 6pm and they said it would be at least another half an hour. I asked of they had anything else that would sleep 5 and they gave us a downgraded room but they did not adjust price. When we got to the room there was one towel and two floor mats, one was visibly stained or used. And, there was no toilet paper. We tried calling the front desk to request more towels and it just rings. No one ever answered. So we had to walk all the way from one end of the property to the desk to request these things. Later on we found that there was no bedding for the sleeper sofa, so again, we called the front desk. No answer again. So we walked all the way back to get it, it were told they didn't have any there so they would have housekeep bring a set. This was at 9 pm, by ten we still didn't have it and we tried calling again to ask for it, there again was no answer. The grounds are littered, the furniture is old and worn. And the dog across the hall barked and howled for hours. There also was no coffee at the in room coffee maker, but we don't drink coffee so that didn't effect us much, but it's another area they are lacking.

I was extremely dissatisfied, disappointed, and disgusted with my stay here. From the very beginning, this property was misleading and unprofessional. When booking, the website clearly stated the pet fee was $10 per night. A day before arrival, after struggling to even reach someone by phone, I was told $25. At check-in, the receptionist told me $50, then suddenly changed it to $20. They are clearly making up prices. On top of that, the receptionist laughed in my face, denied I had called, and was completely rude and dismissive. I booked two rooms, and both had serious issues. One room had no toilet paper, so I had to walk to the front desk for help. Even worse, there was a sewing needle left on the floor that my sister stepped on and injured herself. We later found a cockroach in the bathroom. When reported, staff rudely denied it, even though we had proof. The pillows smelled awful, and when we asked for new ones, we were told, “they don’t smell.” Other problems included the ice machine on our floor not working, forcing us to go hunting on another floor just to get ice. On top of that, the bleach fumes in the room were overpowering upon entry and made it difficult to breathe — extremely dangerous for my sister who has severe asthma. This property was dirty, unsafe, and had some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Between the health hazards, dishonesty, and overall lack of care, I left completely disgusted. I would never recommend anyone stay here.

Expedia overcharged the room rate. we paid ~$130/night, but it looks like a motel. The hotel staff also said they didn’t charge me, and the rate would be under $90 if booked it again with them. The TV didn’t work, furniture is old. One good thing is breakfast. I like the potato cake.

Have to admit I booked here because of the reviews but after checking and looking around I wonder if a lot of the reviews were made up. Bed was ok but pillows flat and hard. Had to ask 2x for towels. Only I hand towel and 1 bath towel when getting to room for 2 people. My husband had a cockroach run along the back of the couch while watching TV. There is a sink in the sitting room but no napkins or towels. Breakfast was not good. Disappointed. Suggest you look elsewhere

The staff all across the board were incredible. Helpful, thoughtful, polite and welcoming. I want to give a special shout out to “Auntie Liz,” the shuttle driver, she gave us many more reasons to love OSU (the school we were visiting).

Will never go to this hotel again. (a) only have bath towels for two people. As we have four persons, ask for more but not got it. (b) have two bottles of conditioners but not have shampoo. Too bad experience. (c) for free breakfast, the juice machine seems out of order, only get some unclean water (d) spent more than 20 minutes to check out. The reason is the staff is not sure whether I have already paid although I told him that I have already paid and signed when I check in. Really frustrated.
