The most obnoxious staff I have ever encountered in 40 years of business travel. The hotel lost my reservation and gave away the three rooms I had reserved. That was bad enough, But then the staff treated me like I was the one at fault (even though they eventually admitted they wrongly canceled the reservation ) and made no effort to assist me in any way to find another place to stay. They were sneering and obnoxious and never apologized.
Never, never stay here.

Easy walk to the University of Illinois campus.

We were within walking distance of our daughter’s dissertation at university of Illinois college of engineering. There is a Perkins next door. Convenient to other restaurants. Friendly, welcoming staff. Nice breakfast. Although we were a few minutes early to eat, the kitchen staff offered to fix us a hot meal. Very nice!!
