まだ新しいホテルなのに、洗面所の排水口が、とても汚れていてびっくりしました。 掃除の後に 点検する人が必要かと思います。 あと、フロントの若い女性スタッフがとても感じ悪く、聞いているのに返事もしなかったり、質問に対して一言でしか返さないなど、驚きの対応でした。。。 温泉もあり、まだ新しいのですごく残念な気持ちになりました。
