The apartment is on the first Floor (right) of the house and is accessible via an outside staircase. Enjoy from the balcony, a great view over the lagoon. Sunny hours you can enjoy from morning until noon here. The 50 square meters apartment is for a maximum of 3 - bookable 4 persons (either 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children). It has next to the living room (TV / satellite, radio) have a separate bedroom with double bed and walk-in closet and a full separate kitchen with a seating area. The spacious bathroom has a shower, toilet and a hairdryer, double sinks. Please keep on arrival a deposit of 100 € ready!
