The views are spectacular and having a spa on site is wonderful, but the staff really makes this place shine - they helped us plan all of our activities and were always available to make recommendations or answer any questions we had.

Amazing location. Poorly managed hotel. Sub-par service and no attention to details makes it not worth the 5 stars title. Our hotel transfer car was 50 minutes late: I asked for tooth paste that did not come until 2 hours later with 3 separate staff members bringing it to me; service at the lobby bar was horrible and staff were incredibly inattentive; the concierge did not seem invested and did quite little in showing us activities. We had a good time and surrounding areas is beautiful and hope the management can step up their game.

Bed covered in bugs

I encountered a deeply troubling issue that significantly impacted the quality of my experience. Upon arrival in my room, I was dismayed to discover an alarming number of dead insects scattered across the pillows, a sight that was both unsightly and unsanitary. Although the housekeeping staff promptly attended to this issue, their efforts proved to be a temporary solution. Throughout the night, additional insects continued to fall from the room's ventilation system, causing considerable discomfort and disrupting our sleep. This persistent problem not only raised concerns about the hotel's cleanliness but also about the effectiveness of their pest control measures. The experience was far from what one would expect from a establishment of this caliber, and it has left me extremely dissatisfied with my stay.

And as we are inside a nature reserve there are different species of insects near the property.
