I loved this hotel, Pablo at the reception was very kind and helpful. My only complaint is about a lady working at the restaurant. We got in for the check-in early, we decided to get some coffees at the restaurant and buy 1 buffett option. The lady got to our table to see what we what we were eating, we got some breads, a coffee with milk and a juice that I gave to my daughter. She was rude and said in a sarcastic tone that the 3 of us were eating and then made me pay for 2 full buffets. That is not customer service or wanting your guests to have a nice stay, it made us feel angry and upset. Overall the apartment was pretty, the view amazing and the staff gentle.

Excelente lugar para el precio pagado. Tiene su propio restaurante y otros alrededor. Esta ubicado en una cuesta por lo que su acceso es un poco complicado pero no está mal para hacer ejercicios

The hotel is very convenient for a family trip. The rooms are well equipped with a fridge, microwave, plates and cutlery. The location is great. The stuff is very friendly.

We enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable and the food was good. The hotel is located near the pier (easy to get to luggage drop off and pier for cruise) and main shopping/restaurant area.

The end of the world 🌍 😎

A beautiful city with mind blowing views.As with the Hotel the City is built on very steep hills so would exclude certain groups of people. If you’re fit and able definitely worth a visit . 😎

This area was far enough away from city center but close enough to walk to ensure peace and quiet. The staff were amazing and helpful and very responsive. The room was large and spacious but the heat is turned up high that it makes the room very dry and hot.
