Sunshine rocks!!

Wonderful property and very convenient for public transportation and within walking distance to shops and the city of Utrecht. We found the property hosts to be very responsive and helpful. Will definitely stay there again!

Tolle Wohnung unmittelbar in Stadtnähe

Die ersten drei Tage waren super, bis am vierten Morgen das Nachbarhaus abgerissen wurde. Damit war ab frühmorgens (08:00 Uhr) Baulärm angesagt, aber wir haben mit dem Vermieter eine finanzielle Entschädigung aushandeln können und sind entsprechend früh auf Unternehmungstour gegangen und erst abends zurückgekehrt, als der Bagger ruhte. Die Angaben auf der Fewo-Direkt-Seite zum Thema parken waren falsch. Es gibt keine kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit auf dem Gelände. Das war aber keine Falschangabe des Vermieters, sondern der Webseite. Wir haben dann einen recht günstigen PR-Parkplatz genutzt und sind mit den Rädern zur Wohnung gefahren. Es war eine schöne Woche in einer tollen Stadt mit nicht grade kleinen Problemen, die der Vermieter aber nicht beeinflussen konnte. Es ist beim Neubau des Nachbarhauses aber mit langfristigem Baulärm zu rechnen.
