The room was nice & comfy until I raised the toilet seat & the back cover fell off & broke. I’m not sure how that happened but the Manager took care of it … a big bug was in our room & the Manager called it by name as if this happens a lot!…. We picked the hotel because of the indoor pool & jacuzzi but unfortunately the pool was freezing & the jacuzzi had a funny smell. The Front desk clerks were extremely nice but I was disappointed.
