The worse customer service

We booked for two night for Thursday and Friday. Because of the heavy traffic plus rain, we arrive there at 2:30 am. I know we are late to check in but we already book and we are telling the guy from lobby we are late because of the traffic but the guy from the lobby said he can’t let us check in because of we are late! How ever we explain or call the Hotel.com customer service, they didn’t let us check in and telling again and again to come back when the sun rise… whoosh! We has our baby in the car and that is not to be ok with a baby waiting in the car till morning. We travel alot and never happen like this before. The worse customer service ever!!!!!!

Basic but priced fairly

For the price good stay. Pretty clean good sized room with fridge and microwave. Tv is about a 42in but suitable. Clean but scratches marks and burns on many things. No ice machine you have to freeze your own ice pretty inconvenient ended up going to gas station for ice. Next to Starbucks and fast food options. Hallway smelled like curry the whole stay but room was fine. Bfast is muffins coffee and oatmeal. Basic but suitable. No coffee machine in room or utensils or anything else I guess you check them out at front desk.
