ON THE MAIN LEVEL:
Dining Room flows into a LARGE Family Room which has a gas fireplace, 40' Samsung HD TV, ample comfortable furniture, and panoramic views of Vail Mountain from 2 story windows. There is a full bathroom on this level. On the large, wrap around deck you will find your own PRIVATE HOT TUB, and a Weber gas barbecue grill. For your convenience the garage has been converted into a heated ski changing room with warm forced air professional boot and glove dryer/heater.

TOP LEVEL:
Has a large Master Bedroom with a Queen bed, HD TV, and a deck facing the mountains. The master bathroom has a granite countertop and a large walk in slate-stone shower.
Across the bridge, which overlooks the living room below, is the small 4th Bedroom/Den which has a Twin Trundle Bed that sleeps 2.
This bedroom is private and cozy which is perfect for kids or just as a playroom.

BOTTOM LEVEL:

We stayed here over spring break with a group of seven and had a very nice stay overall. The standout feature is the incredible view across the valley toward Vail Resort, which makes for beautiful mornings and evenings.The house was clean and well-maintained, with newer kitchen appliances that worked well—the oven was exceptionally clean. A few pieces of cookware show wear, and there’s a limited supply of basic utensils, so those planning to cook a lot may want to bring a few essentials.The bus stop is just steps away (less than 50 yards), and while it’s technically walkable to Vail, we wouldn’t choose to walk from the house.The bedroom layout is a bit unconventional for groups. The upstairs primary has a queen bed, en‑suite bath, and a large chaise that takes up much of the space, which might be better suited for a king bed. Another upstairs bedroom has a twin with a trundle, but minimal storage. Downstairs, a king bedroom shares a hallway bath with a bunk room and an additional twin, which may feel less ideal for adult couples.Overall, the home is comfortable with fantastic views. The layout is something to consider depending on your group, but it’s a solid place to stay, and we enjoyed our time there.

Property was listed as “ walk to ski lifts “ That was a stretch , bus stop was a steep walk down the road . Fireplace was not working , toaster not working, parking for more than two cars was a headache! Property owners in the neighborhood were not receptive to renters parking on their street. Our host told us there was parking two doors up the road , first come first serve. We were forced out by HOA people and had to park a quarter mile away overnight and have cars out by 8am . This place isn’t really a “walk to the lifts” kind of place. We had a group of seniors with knee and hip replacements so the advertised location to Vail was deceptively written.

Location was excellent. Very close to the Simba Run bus stop and one stop away from the bridge over I70 into Lionshead. House was great for us we were 7 and one toddler and were very comfortable. Garage is setup for when you arrive from the mountain so you can leave al your gear in the closed garage ready for next day skiing or boarding. Highly recommend this spot. The Jacuzzi was privately located on the side of the house and was in perfect working order as well as all devices in the house. Will definitely stay here again when coming back to Vail. Host was very responsive.

We loved staying here in Vail. The ski changing garage area was so nice and extremely useful. The house was in excellent condition and was beautiful inside and out. Great views and just a short walk to the bus stop. Will stay again!!

terrific views. we enjoyed the hot tub overlooking the mountains.. I definitely recommend looking into the free bus/public transportation before you arrive. there is a pickup spot just a couple 100' from the condo. they pickup every 20 minutes or so. much more convenient if you want to hit the shopping areas than driving.

Perfect home for Family Trip

Our family rented this home over Thanksgiving week and it was even better than we expected. Gorgeous, cozy living area, comfortable beds & linens, and in the perfect location. Communication was great with the rental property managers and we felt fully taken care of. Especially loved the welcome bottle of wine!

Awesome view of Vail Mountain

We had an extended stay of 3 months and really enjoyed our time in Vail. The house was comfortably furnished and the management team were very friendly and communicated in a timely manner. Short walk (5 blocks) to the bike/pedestrian path along Gore Creek which goes into Lionshead and Vail Village. Beautiful walk. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing views and spacious home!

We love this place so much and it was the second time we’ve stayed here! The views are SO amazing from this home - we loved drinking coffee on the deck in the mornings! The property manager was very kind and quick to help whenever we needed anything. We had plenty of space and it was the perfect home for our family and my parents to make wonderful memories in Vail!

Beautiful townhouse

Lovely property! Very well appointed and had everything we needed. All the rooms were a great size. Two families stayed comfortably. We loved the hot tub and ski room was very helpful for gear and shoes. The bus to the slopes was easy to figure out but the walks from either Lionshead pedestrian bridge stop or the Vail village transportation center stop are fairly long when wearing ski gear. Overall a wonderful place and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great house for two families

This property was ideal for two families, with one staying upstairs and the other downstairs. The well-stocked kitchen provided everything we needed. Enjoyed a beautiful view of the ski slopes, especially watching the nightly mountain maintenance. The hot tub was a fantastic bonus after days of skiing. The property manager was highly communicative, assisting with any issues and checking in to ensure we had all we needed. Would certainly choose to stay here again.

Family Vail Trip

Great family trip to Vail! Condo was great for our family of four, in-laws and brother-in-law. Brother in law is 6’4” and slept in the small bedroom upstairs. He said the bed was comfortable and he had no problems. We were concerned since that is a small room with a sloped ceiling but it was just fine for him. We slept downstairs with the kids next door in the bunk room. We cooked nearly every night. Kitchen had everything we needed in terms of cookware and dishes. We even grilled one night! The grill is hooked up directly to a gas line so no worries about running out of propane. House was well stocked with paper towels, soap and laundry detergent upon our arrival. The fireplace was super easy to operate. We dried our gloves on the hearth every evening. Hot tub was clean and felt great after a day on the slopes. Management was quick to respond when we reached out to them. I would recommend and stay here again!
