This house is spacious enough for multiple families or groups to spread out with 3800 Sq Ft + SLEEPS 16. You can spread out, if you wish. There's 7 Bedrooms, 5 1/2 Baths. Also, a Queen Sofa Sleeper in the family room, should you want to spread out. (it has a comfortable Temperpedic mattress). Walk To Chair #20 Or Ski-In/Out From Hotel: WE ARE CLOSER TO LIFTS THEN MOST PLACES IN THE OTHER VILLAGES, WITH NO WAITING IN LINE & MORE TIME ON THE MOUNTAIN! Ride Chair #20 Lift back down anytime during the day until 4 p.m. (last ride down) If you don't want to do any of above, I provide "Free Parking right next to the Chair Lift" in the Public Garage Parking, especially if you have young children. Sports Store is located at the Chair #20 Lift, at the end of the hotel building, you can rent skis and equipment and valet your "rented skis ONLY" at the end of the day (at no charge). Also, we are Just Steps to the Grand Hyatt Vail Resort including the Restaurant, Starbucks Coffee Shop, Hugh Lobby Bar With Entertainment For Apre Ski. We can refer our Private Chef, Massage Therapist, Baby Sitter Service or Guest Services for dining RSVPs.
Huge living room with a large stone fireplace (gas) and SMART HDTV, with two sofas, 2 chairs, sitting bench, gaming table/4, there's plenty of room to enjoy those stories after a great ski day, summer hikes or event! The Family room is great for kids to play and adults to just hang out and enjoy. The living room has a fireplace and fantastic views including the river and mountain range views beyond. There's plenty of room to spread out but yet come together too.

This is a three level house, Entry Level is the street level: Foyer with a Yamha Electric Piano, 2 Car Garage, 2 Bedrooms: one has(King Bed) and one has(Queen Bed) and a Hall Bathroom with Shower.
Main level: Open concept Livingroom, Eat-in Kitchen with 4-seat high top table and 4 bar stools around the Island and high-end appliances. Sub-Zero Wine Storage, Fisher/Paykel double dishwasher, Thermodor double ovens and Thermodor 5-burner gas cooktop and LG Refrigerator. (2 extra Refrigerators, one located in the garage and the other is located in the storage room off Bunk #1. On the Kitchen deck is a Weber BBQ Grill (grill both summer and winter)and outside stairs lead to the stone patio/picnic table/furniture below and access to stairs to the river. Dining Room, seats 8-10 or expand to 12, additional table seating for 4 in Living room. Off the Kitchen area is a hallway are Bunk Room #1 and Bunk Room #2 (each sleep 2). Hallway Bathroom has double sinks, water closet and Shower. There's also a Hallway 1/2 Bath with sink and toilet. Also, in that area is a Far-infarred Sauna.
Family Room has a Queen Sofa Sleeper. There's a door to this room, which can be closed for privacy. (it's also great place for kids to hang out)
From the Living room, access the creek side deck with patio furniture with a 42 " table and 4 chairs also.
Lower level has Master Bedroom En Suite (King bed) and Fireplace. Master bath with large rain shower, Heated Jacuzzi Tub with many features, also a Smart TV and fire place, Safari En Suite,(Queen bed) with fire place, Gore Creek Suite en suite,(King bed). Laundry Room with 2 sets of washers/dryers. (I supply laundry soaps, unscented) Off the two bedrooms on this level, access the Deck to the 6-person Hot Tub, High-Top table/2 chairs. Deck also leads to the stone patio and lower stairs to the river.
This is a great location with easy access to the ski lift as well as in the summer time, access the walking/bike path along the river to the other villages. Once you arrive, you don't have to drive until you are ready to leave. Catch the hotel shuttles offered at the Grand Hyatt Hotel into the village and return back to the Lobby pickup/drop-off area.
All 7 Bedrooms, Master bath, Living room, Family room and Kitchen have "SMART TVs" with Apple Air play.

The house and the host are exceptional. The house is big and there is a place for everyone. Also this house is well equiped( kitchen, laundry). It is also at a walking distance from de Cascade lift. The host was answering to all our questions rapidly. We spend a very nice week over there with our friends.

Very attentive host and spotless property! My group had a phenomenal time at the place. It had lots of private areas for couples and a guest with a baby to get some rest as well as some very large communal areas to relax in. We would definitely rent this again in the future. Also- host has TONS of cooking equipment which was nice.

Awesome Family Vacation

Our family of 12 (ages 3 - 75) spent a wonderful 2 weeks in this fantastic mountain home! It was such a great rental - very well appointed, space for us to spread out and enjoy time together or apart, stunning views, close to all the spots in Vail that we love and easy access to the interstate for day trips and activities in the surrounding areas. As lovers of Vail, the location is just perfect - a short walk along the creek to Lionshead and Vail Village. We were completely comfortable with the teenagers riding bikes from the home to nearby parks and pizza places! Its private yet close! Peaceful morning walks for the elders were the perfect, too!We used the hot tub every day; it was a real treat after taking in the beautiful hikes and outdoor activities. It was easy to use and was serviced/cleaned several times during our stay. The kitchen was stocked with more than one would ever need, which was helpful for large family dinners! Plenty of seating at the large dining room table, too! When we had a minor issue with the microwave, Ruth and her team had it fixed within 12 hours. Excellent response and service from Ruth!A great amenity of staying in this home is access to the Hyatt pool, which is a short walk away. For our young kids from Iowa, an afternoon swim and their pool activities were a highlight of the trip! This was something we didn't originally consider but proved to be invaluable.Everything is thought of when you rent this home! We will be back for sure!

We have been skiing as a group every year for 42 years. This is by far the best equipped property. They were very responsive to our questions and helpful. It is a lovely house in a beautiful setting. Very convenient for our skiers, snowshoers and joggers or for those of us who wanted to just relax ;)

Beautiful older home nestled in the woods on Gore Creek with close access to the Rocky Mountains

Our stay was one for the memory books. We have been traveling to Colorado for family ski trips since the early 2000’s. We have quite a large group with various ages. This house was perfect. Not only was it in a great location to walking trails, and lift 20 for easy access to the mountain, but it was spacious enough to sleep all 16 of us comfortably. This year we brought our newest member of the family, who is a toddler. The home included many child proofing items such as gates(there are several sets of stairs) that made it easy for him to move about the house. The kitchen was stocked for cooking and enjoying family time after a day on the slopes. Ruth, our host, from the beginning was responsive and friendly. We would definitely consider staying here again!

Great house and location

Our group of 14 family members very much enjoyed our stay at this house. Everything was as described in the description of the house. We enjoyed the easy access to the village and the abilty to easily access the ski trails by walking from the house. Would definitely stay at this house again!

Family vacation

The property was amazing for a week stay for an extended family vacation. Our group was mix of kids and adults and the property was perfect for all ages. The house was well stocked with pretty much all the basics you would need and the kitchen was very well stocked with cookware, spices, etc. The only thing I would say is make sure everyone in your party is comfortable with several flights of stairs as the house is 3 stories and the kitchen/main living area is on the middle floor (down one flight of stairs from front door). Was not an issue with our group but not sure how anyone with accessibility issues would fare here. Would recommend this property in a heartbeat and would stay here again! Ruth Ann is great and very good at communicating, as well as addressing any questions/needs you may have before and during your stay!

Wonderful Vail stay perched above Gore Creek

Our group of 10 (five adult couples) had a wonderful March stay in this beautiful Vail Cascade area home. Five true bedrooms, three with en suite bath (and one of those a primary bedroom with large tub, shower, large walk in closet, etc ) and two bedrooms with a shared bath provided loads of space. The kitchen is wonderful and very well equipped
a large dining table provides space for at least ten for dining, card and game playing, etc. We did not even use two additional bunk rooms but the extra bathroom there came in handy
just off the kitchen and near the living room
 The home offers great privacy with bedrooms on the top and bottom floors and the dining/living area on the middle floor. Plenty of stairs, but that was not an issue for our group
. The living room has a double height ceiling with large windows looking towards the creek. Also a gas fireplace. Hot tub very nice touch on the outside deck
.. Our whole group loved the home and it served as a great base for our ski week. The Cascade lift is vey close (3 minutes) via easy car drop off. Or it is a 10 minute walk down the road and a quick ski down
..for children or more beginner skiers, I would not term this as “ski in. Ski out” but still very convenient
 All in all a great stay!

The house is well appointed and kept up. Still don’t understand how we would get credit from the parking garage at the Hyatt. The only issue was the TV is streaming only and none of us could stream anything off of our services. It would be great to have basic channels as a part of the house.

Well appointed home at convenient location

Group of extended family of all ages stayed New Year’s week. We enjoyed the spacious, tastefully decorated home. The amenities suited our apres ski routine of hot tub and making dinner either in the kitchen or on the outdoor grill. The ski access is just a short walk down the road and you can ski all the way from the Cascade lift to the golden peak lift on the east side of Vail to access the back bowls easily. Terrific week in Vail

Our extended family of 10 spent a beautiful summer week at this property. The location and setting adjacent to Gore Creek is spectacular, and the back deck overlooking it all was definitely a favorite of ours. The two bedrooms/one bathroom on the upper level, bunk room/powder room on main floor, and three bedrooms/three bathrooms in basement accommodated comfortable sleeping arrangements for everyone. Communication with the host before and during our stay was friendly and responsive and we were able to resolve a couple minor issues through text. Extensive signage and instructions from the host posted throughout the house provided all the details needed to utilize features properly, and a comprehensive house notebook had every direction and suggestion you could possibly think of. The kitchen is broadly stocked with any possible cooking tool or appliance you may need and also had a large selection of staples such as spices, condiments, and dry goods. We were also pleasantly surprised to receive a mid-week housekeeping “tidy” service. Use of the gym and pool at the Hyatt was also a nice perk.

Perfect getaway for extended-family vacation!

The house was wonderful to stay in and fit our family of 12 perfectly. With 5 children (9 and under) they had plenty of space to sleep, explore and enjoy the snow and mountains. The Cascade lift was conveniently located to the house and easy for skiers to come and go! We enjoyed the views, cooking together in the kitchen and playing games in the multi-level dining/living area. Thank you for hosting us, we really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

Vail Getaway

We couldn't have been happier with our stay. Our three couples and three kids had more than enough space to spread out and relax as if we were at home. We could have easily accommodated several more people. The place was very well stocked with everything you could possibly need. We took full advantage of the kitchen, cooking a large meal every night of our stay. The house was also in a terrific location in Cascade Village. Having the “secret” #20 Cascade Chair Lift in walking distance with no lines on otherwise busy days in Lionshead and Vail Village was a huge plus! We’ll be coming back for sure. I can imagine this being an equally great place for summer stays as well.

The house is extremely nice. We were there for the skiing and the house slept all ten of us very comfortably. It is best to rent the skis at the Hyatt and walk over in boots. The walk in the winter is icy in the morning and slushy in the late afternoon.
