Vail Run Resort - Great place to stay

Terry was very helpful at the front desk. Juan was a great driver. The room was very nicely decorated. We did have a problem with the smell of the cleaning supplies. It was too strong. I think we would have benefitted from darker shades for the windows. Other than that, we loved the ammenities.

I didn't like the fact that there was no clear pathway from the parking area in the permitted section into the resort.

We have reviewed our video tapes, this guest did not follow our directions regarding late check-in, nor did she call the number posted at the front desk for late night arrivals.
