Nice hotel
Posted Jul. 22, 2017 on ExpediaThe hotel is very nice. The host and hostess are very friendly and offer a lot of useful information about the surrounding area. We had a great time as did our 2 small girls. I will definitely visit this hotel again.

A good hotel

Vingård i närheten av Borghetto
Posted Jun. 4, 2019 on HotelsTrevligt och lugnt placerad vingård ute på landsbygden i närheten av Borghetto.
Ägaren Paulo var väldigt hjälpsam och kunde bl a tipsa om restauranger samt boka bord.
Rent och välstädat med härlig frukost på uteplatsen.
Det fanns även försäljning samt provning av gårdens eget vin.

Avoid the loft room in the summer
Posted Aug. 17, 2018 on HotelsI got a small room in the loft with a mobile air conditioner. Because of the heat wave when we left the room in the morning, had it ran all day on lowest temperature settings. When we arrived at 23pm, the room temperature was very high. My 6 year old son woke up 4 times during the night - and I could only sleep a few hours laying on the colder tiles on the floor.
After I complained at the front desk the next morning, I got two bottle of wines as present. So if you can bear heat and love drinking, there's no problem at all. :)

We are very sorry you feel this way, we thought we cleared everything out on during your stay. We explained that you had mishandled the conditioner and it was set to heat instead of cooling. We also told you we are very sorry for the inconvenience and offered the wine even if it had nothing to do with us.
We host lots of guests from all around the world in the room you stayed in but since now we got just 5 stars ratings as nobody complained about the size of the room (wich is declared on all websites) and the conditioner works sufficiently, maybe a little louder than a fixed one and for this we plan on changing it this winter.
Our guests receive lots of care while they are in our place and enjoy a delicious very high rated breakfast, attention and help for organizing their trips in the area so they get the maximum out of their time here and assistance with any trouble they might have during their vacation. Your description does not exactly fit the majority, it's a bit harsh actually, and does not take in consideration all the dedication we put up for you and for all our guests.
We'd love to have you here some other time and make you have a great vacation like all our guests do.

Ottima cantina vinicola con degustazione libera
Colazione da hotel quattro stelle
Camere da mini appartamento e condizionate
Situato a 10 km da gardaland e al lago
Io mi sono innamorato tornerò sicuramente
