Une pépite avec terrasse

Tout est réuni dans cet appartement pour passer un bon séjour : climatisation, terrasse, 2 belles chambres et 1 petite pour les petits enfants. La résidence est trÚs bien située : 15 mn à pieds du centre ville, cité des sciences et aquarium à 12 mn en voiture.

Great area

The apartment is ideally located with plenty of transport options to access all parts of the city. The area is rich with gems in terms of restaurants, cafes, supermakets, etc. it feels very safe, with plenty of benches around. We will definitely try and book again.

Very inaccurate description of property

Firstly,before we even arrived we had trouble. Spent the day before on the phone trying to contact the host for checking in procedure. Finally after 6-7 hours, and with the help of VRBO, we connected. When we should have being enjoying our last day in Cordoba, we spent it trying to speak to Mercedes. We felt she should have reduced the price because of our hardship and after a hour of haggling, she came down 50e. Big deal. Next day we arrived. She sent her young daughter to meet us, a cowardly thing to do. She was very nice and told us lots of things about Valencia. But she should have been explaining how things worked.Like hot water. It took 3 days to get info from Mercedes that a plug in the second bedroom controlled the heating. And accused us of unplugging it. We were never in the room until she explained about the plug. She said it was updated recently but the plug looked like something from the 1960's. As were all the electrical sockets. Very dodgy.The terrace was beautiful but not panoramic as advertised. Also there were no lights for when it got dark. That was our main reason to pay such an exorbitant price. The terrace. Mercedes said there was a switch , she was right, it didn't work. So we had to move the table nearer the main room fir light. Walking around in the dark was too dangerous. My wife was very upset about this. 2 days before we were due to leave, Mercedes said she'd send an engineer over, we told her not to bother and said she should refund us.She

Lovely, spacious apartment

Well situated apartment, near metro and buses, not far from centre. Also cafes, bakery and a good supermarket close by. Nice and quiet. Beautiful sunny terrace with table, chairs and loungers. Very well equipped with everything you might need and fluffy towels. Comfortable apartment. Just one negative, bathroom could do with redecoration and floor of shower a bit slippery.

Great Apartment

This was our 1st time in Valencia meeting for the Christmas Holidays from USA and UK. We found the apartment clean and exactly as described. The communication with the management team was good, and we had no issues during our stay. We loved that the supermarket was so close and we found a couple of restaurants in the area we enjoyed. The area was busy, and locals enjoyed the bars until late. The local shopkeepers were friendly, and were helpful with our poor Spanish! We felt safe walking around. Although the apartment was very close to the bus stop and metro, we used taxis to get around. If you are considering this property, I would recommend it. As others have said, the terrace is a highlight.

lovely apartment in great area

the apartment was wonderful & everything was described, the terrace is lovely has has the sun on it for most of the day.. 10 mins walk from the main square but in the area there are many fabulous restaurants and bars, also supermarkets, a short walk from the train station & buses.. the owner is great & very helpful, looking to book next year already

Anders als erwartet

Die Wohnung sieht in Teilen anders aus als im Inserat. Wir haben bis eine halbe Stunde vor Ankunft keine Information gehabt, wie wir in die Wohnung gelangen. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin hat am Ende geklappt, war aber immer zĂ€h. Wir wĂŒrden die Wohnung nicht wieder buchen.

A very pleasant stay

The location is very pleasant, not too touristic, though very close of main sites to visit, by walk, or by metro. The terrace is very pleasant to take the breakfast and the happy hour before going out. The check in and check out conditions are very easy. To sum up, don t hesitate !

Ingesamt waren wir gerne dort, Check in und Kontakt zur Gastgeberin waren super. Auch Infos fĂŒr Anreise/Tipps fĂŒr Stadt. Die Dachterasse war das Highlight der Wohnung, ein paar mehr indirekte Lichter und gemĂŒtliche Möbel hĂ€tten den Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht.

So mĂŒhsam war eine Buchung noch nie ....

Das Objekt kann ich leider nicht beurteilen, da wir wegen nicht fertig gewordener Reparaturarbeiten in einer Ersatzunterkunft gewohnt haben. Sie war in der NĂ€he des Strandes und sicher gleichwertig. Es hat uns dort sehr gut gefallen. Eine Katastrophe schlechthin ist jedoch die Vermieterin. Schon 2 Wochen vor dem vereinbarten Zahlungstermin schickte sie eine Zahlungsaufforderung, dann eine Woche vor dem Termin noch einmal. Nachdem die Restzahlung erledigt war, rechneten wir damit, alle notwendigen Infos zur Anreise zu bekommen. Tagelang "bombardierten" wir sie mit Anfragen, ohne eine Reaktion zu bekommen. Erst nach Einschalten der Fewo-direkt-Hotline hat sie sich gemeldet und uns ĂŒber die Schwierigkeiten unserer Unterbringung informiert. Sie wollte uns dann 2 Tage vor dem Abflug Bescheid geben, wo wir wohnen sollten. Aber 24 Stunden vorher war nach weiteren erfolglosen Mahnungen unserererseits erst klar, zu welcher Adresse wir kommen sollten. Die Vermieterin wollte uns dort persönlich begrĂŒĂŸen, wir sollten uns per Whatsapp melden, wenn wir gelandet sind. Haben wir gemacht, sie hat die Nachricht aber nicht gelesen. Erst einen Anruf hat sie angenommen. Es stellte sich dann heraus, dass sie im selben Haus unserer Ersatzunterkunft wohnt. Sie war nett - aber wir wĂŒrden nie mehr bei ihr buchen.

Lovely location and apartment. Beds could be improved.

The apartment and process were lovely. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher. The balcony was the highlight and where we spent a lot of time while in the apartment. The one downside was the beds. We had 5 adults. The bunk bed mattresses were more like pads than mattresses, so not very comfortable. One of the beds in the room with two beds folded in half when two adults (both less than 150 lbs) were sleeping on them. We folded it back again, but then it folded up again the next night. The other two beds were fine.

Gute Lage und Sauberkeit

Alle SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten sind schnell erreichbar zu Fuß oder mit dem vor dem Haus zu mietenden FahrrĂ€dern. Die Sauberkeit der Unterkunft war Gut. Parkplatz suche war kein Problem (direkt vor der Unterkunft ist das Parken möglich).

Perfect Place

The property was truly perfect for us. Half hour walk from the centre but also being away from the centre was great in itself as you were away from all the other tourists! Accommodation really clean and with everything you need. I would like to come back again and if we do we will stay here!!

Lovely apartment

This was our favorite apartment we have stayed in during our time in Spain. (5 others) it was clean, spacious, and well equipped. The terrace was an amazing plus. The walks to get to old town and the City of Arts and Sciences would have been longer than our old feet wanted to do, so we took taxies. We got lucky and found free parking on the street. We highly recommend this apartment.

Superausstattung, nahe zum Zentrum

Die Wohnung ist in allen Bereichen sehr gut ausgestattet. In der KĂŒche alles vorhanden. Tolle Terrasse mit Superaussicht. Großer Supermarkt um die Ecke, U-Bahnstation ca. 200 Meter entfernt (zum Airport mit einmal umsteigen), zu Fuß zum Zentrum in ca. 20 Minuten (Placa Espana 10 Minuten). Neuer, großer Smart-TV aber leider (noch?) kein Kabel/Sat-Anschluss). Sehr empfehlenswert, wir haben uns wohlgefĂŒhlt.
