This apartment is located in a calm and quiet neighborhood, even though it’s just a 10-minute walk from the city center! It’s in an amazing spot near Turia Park. It’s also close to a metro station and a supermarket for all your daily needs, with many famous restaurants and bars nearby as well!
This brand-new, spotless apartment features a modern and chic style, along with a spacious bedroom with a double bed—complete with an impeccable, hand-picked mattress—and a sofa bed that can accommodate an additional guest. The apartment also includes a spacious, spotless bathroom and a kitchen equipped with everything you could need. We provide free, super-fast Wi-Fi as well as air conditioning to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

The price is calculated based on the length of stay and the number of guests. There will be an additional charge of 40.00 euros per night for each extra person starting with the third.

The space
The apartment has a bedroom with a queen-size bed, nightstand, safe, and closet.
The living area features a comfortable sofa bed, dining table, and TV.
The bathroom is spacious and clean, with a shower stall.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and electric kettle—all brand new. It also includes a full set of silverware, wine glasses, dishes, pots, and pans. Everything you might need for cooking and dining at home.
House Rules
1. To access the accommodation, you must complete the check-in form on the Guest Portal.
2. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. We would appreciate it if you could let us know your arrival and departure times.
3. Customer service hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. If you plan to arrive outside of these hours, please make sure you have received and understood the instructions.
4. Less than 7 days before arrival, it will not be possible to reduce the number of days or the number of guests in the reservation. There will be no refund in this case.
5. The duvet covers can be found in the closet or in a box under the bed.
6. Towels are changed every two days.
7. Quiet hours in the building are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m.; please keep noise to a minimum during this time.
8. Parties are prohibited.
9. Pets are not allowed.
10. Having guests is not permitted; each guest will be treated as an additional person in the accommodation, and you will be charged accordingly.
11. Charging electric cars using the property's electricity is not allowed.
12. If you require an invoice, please let us know before your stay ends, providing the necessary details so we can issue the invoice.
13. Please place trash in the trash containers on the street.
14. On the day of check-out, please close the windows, turn off the lights, turn off the air conditioner, and close the apartment door behind you.
15. Guests are not permitted; each guest will be treated as an additional person in the accommodation, and you will be charged accordingly.
16. The fee for an additional person is 40 euros per night per person, plus a 15% commission.
