We are satisfied with our week. The first 5 days they served Espresso to breakfast, then the machin was gone! Thats not good. We are in Spain every year and the hotels always have espresso.

Great location and service

Hotel was conveniently located, clean with very friendly staff. Pool area nice. We ate in the restaurant one night and the food was good. Food and drinks v good value for money. Could have done with a bottle of water in the room and/or a kettle. Room was facing the main road which was a little loud.

We stayed for two nights in June with kids in adjacent inter-connected bedrooms. Their family rooms are in this form which was great because it gave us two bathrooms to use simultaneously. However, the AC was working very poor in both rooms which points to their overall central AC system being in very poor condition. It became quite hot in the rooms at night and we had to open the windows (they open only slightly) to let some cool air in. We had purchased their breakfast buffet at a discounted price, and it was great! Lots of fruit and other options to eat.

When we first arrived we asked reception where the car park was. The receptionist was rude, abrupt and unhelpful until pressed to provide more details. And this was to a Spanish speaking guest. The room itself was basic. The TV had no streaming services. There were no complimentary robes to wear and the pool was tiny for a big hotel and drinks were banned from the area. Also it took 15-30 minutes to get a waiter to buy a drink. Needing us to go to the bar and ask if someone could serve us. Overall for a 4 star hotel it was terrible. If I paid for a 2 star it would meet my expectations.
