The best way to describe this hotel is tired. Check in staff were ok, not especially great. Girl working the bar was great, despite limited English (we speak Spanish, so not a problem for us). We were on the 7th floor and the lift broke when checking out, with us in it. We managed to get out (luckily as the alarm didn't appear to work) and had to carry out heavy case down the stairs, where staff were disinterested in the problem. Location is not great, but taxi rank right outside. Wouldn't stay at this hotel again but would visit Valencia again as it's wonderful.

It is a modern hotel. The rooms are spacious. The staff are nice. But there is no porter in the hotel, which surprised me a lot. And there is no security! You can only find the front desk people there!

All in all a good stay. Nice location. The smell outside is like a sewer though. Inside is clean. I like the cafeteria staying open until late in the evening. I like the free water at the counter during the day, sometimes it gets taken down too early though. The two complimentary waters are a must, as well as a fridge. There were hairs that didn't belong to me on the bed/sheets. Not too big a deal though.

The premium room at A Building, it is not the balcony one, so you have to be careful with this hotel when choosing. They will tell you that it clearly says seaview, but you are getting jail type window that overlooks the marina. They don’t have balcony rooms separated from the window, so they sell them same price. Be mindful this hotel is not cheap, when i was booking i chose more expensive (this one) comparing to other hotels for less price and seaview with a window bigger than this hotel room had… the room is tiny anyway, and it steps only ( no elevator ) to get to second or third floor, on those narrow stairs. Guys be careful!

Elevator panel is loose and noisy. Windows are dirty and has some stuff outside , toilet bowls has mold . Hallway carpets not cleaned too. Overall not per the photos in the Expedia site. Facing high rise residential buildings, this is the only hotel in the roundabout.
