If you're looking to golf, you'll be less than 10 minutes from Frederick Peak and about 20 minutes from CapRock Ranch and The Prairie Club.

The main floor features a master bedroom with a king bed and connected bath with walk-in shower and double sinks, a laundry room with washer and dryer, and a half bath.

Upstairs, the loft includes a small bedroom with a queen bed, a full bath with clawfoot tub, and a custom-built sauna.

There is a full-sized hyda-bed in the living room and queen air mattress is available upon request.

Please note that our property is accessed by a sand/rock road. While it is generally well-maintained and drivable, during the winter and spring months weather conditions (snow, ice, or heavy rain) can make the road more challenging. At these times, a four-wheel drive (4WD) or all-wheel drive (AWD) vehicle may be necessary to safely reach the property.
