Hidden gem in Valladolid

Super cute and unique hotel! Hidden gem in Valladolid. The staff are all super friendly and helpful. The hotel has many wonderful amenities including an ice cream shop, pool, turtles and of course, the cave. Great water pressure in the shower and comfy beds. Breakfast was delicious. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Beautiful oasis just outside the heart of Valladolid- lots of enriching activities provided by the hotel everyday. The staff were accommodating, helpful and always cheerful. Loved the murals all around the property and the magic of the underground hot spring. Rejuvenating and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an immersive yet peaceful get-away holiday.

The staff were great. Friendly and accommodating. The location was off the beaten path and not too far (by taxi) to the center of town. Eclectic hotel and the underground cave was exceptional. I would highly re omens for adults. Not a place for kids.

The cave pool, the spa offerings, and the overall environment was amazing. Definitely worth the price. The staff was friendly, the food was delicious, and so were the drinks. The property was also in a safe and secluded area. Anything we asked for was provided. The only thing that would need improvement would be the rooms themselves. The shower head was pretty outdated, and there was no fridge or microwave in the room. Unfortunately, the temezcal was also not in service, so I was not able to try this. Overall, still a fantastic experience and probably one the better ones available in Valladolid for the price. Would highly recommend.

This is a beautiful property. My room had a pioneer wood bath tub carved from a tree trunk. The underground cave/pool was stunning. It's a great place to just hang out.

This boutique hotel is overpriced, on expidia app,they promote and sell day pass openly to the poperty, so pool and other facilities could be uncomfortable to use. They offer daily different rates every day, at front desk, none of them were as expensive as i paid day pass passes yo amy
