Coquette house facing south, with sea view, less than 10 feet minutes.à sandy beaches and ports and 2 minutes from downtown feet to all shops (supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, post office) . The train station is 500 m. and you can forget your car parked in the garden to get to CANNES, ANTIBES, JUAN LES PINS, NICE, MONACO and even Italy by train!
The bus stop is 150 m. of the House.
Possibility to park several vehicles in the fully enclosed garden by a high wall (ideal for children and pets!) where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner on the covered terrace or the shade of the terrace. You have a Weber gas barbecue. The kitchen has direct access to the terrace.
The house has 2 large bedrooms with double beds and one room with a bed 1 person. The living room has a sofa bed 2 places, very comfortable. It also has 2 bathrooms (shower and double sink), 2 toilets (one independent) and plenty of storage (wardrobes, cupboards). The room 'also has a single toilet. The bathrooms are each equipped with a hairdryer and a mirror 'make-up' magnifying.
You can take a nap or lazy, lying on the 'sun' covered mattress. There are 6 or under parasols or arbor, or relax with a game of table tennis or badminton.
The area is rich in its heritage and diversity of its landscapes and recreation are numerous!

Good location

Well equipped house close to center of Golfe Juan and busses to Cannes and Antibes. We are a family of 5 adults and 2 children who has stayed here twice. Good value for money.

Wundervolle Location

Unsere Familie(2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder und ein Hund waren 2 Wochen in der Villa Regina. Michelle selbst hat uns begrüßt und 4 selbstgemachte Marmeladen und eine Flasche Rosè überreicht. Die schöne Villa und der voll eingezäunte Garten sind ein herrliches Domizil. Strand, Bäcker und viele Läden ca 400 m in Lauflage. Zum neuen Supermarkt Intermarché ca 2 km. WLAN in allen Zimmern und Garten optimal. Wir werden nächstes Jahr wiederkommen. Vielen Dank nochmal an Michelle für die Flexibilität bei der Abreise!

Maisonette bien située avec une belle terrasse et une jolie cours intérieure. Très bon accueil par la propriétaire avec notamment des spécialités locales en cadeau de bienvenue.
