Welcome to this newly built 60 sqm apartment, perfect for four people. You'll find two bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen and a living room here. There is a toilet with a sink and a bathroom with a shower, sink, and a combined washer and dryer.

Both bedrooms are bright and pleasant, each with a double bed (180 cm) and AC. A glass door also leads out to the balcony from both rooms.

The kitchen is well-equipped with a dishwasher and a dining table that can be extended to accommodate four people. The living room has a lovely sofa, TV, and AC. The apartment is, of course, equipped with WiFi.

From the living room, you access the 13 square meter balcony. Here, there is seating for four people.

In the basement, you can access a garage space via the elevator. In the house's garden, there is the communal pool, which is accessed from the ground floor.

Just 300 m from the apartment, there are both boules and tennis courts.

Golfe Juan has a lovely beach with a public beach and various beach clubs. After a walk of about 1 km along the promenade, you will reach Juan-les-Pins.
Golfe Juan has a large harbour with excursion boats to nearby islands and villages, and you can also buy fresh fish. Many nice restaurants and bars are on the promenade, in the harbour and the centre of Golfe Juan.
You will find several bakeries, food, vegetable and meat shops, the train station, and other services in the centre. The bus going to Antibes, Nice and Cannes stops outside the house.
This is a lovely apartment to celebrate your holiday, regardless of the season.
