This beautiful house has a total of 4 units with separate entrances. You have full access to the Cozy Studio Unit, (Unit A2) sleeps 2. Other 3 units belong to another guests. This house comes with a shared laundry area, while you would also have access to our shared beautiful backyard.

Victorian style combined with modern amenities, this house makes sure you will have the ultimate guest experience! When you booked the studio unit, you can enjoy the cute living area with all the amenities like a comfy couch to sit back and relax and the TV to watch your favorite shows on a lazy evening!

This property is exactly what it seems. Available electronics, wifi, plumbing was good, and the bed was nice. The surrounding area was nice as well, close to the vallejo Ferry terminal. There were multiple shops for food, including breskfast. This place was really cozy, I would definitely stay again. One negative would be the noise that occurred upstairs. There was a note to being mindful of the neighbors, which I believe we followed, but that cannot be said for the surrounding units. The noise seemed to go on through the entire night, into the morning. I'm not sure if it was from other stayers, but that was the most unwanted part of my stay. Other than that, the property manager was very communicative, instructions of checking in/out were easy to follow and useful, and I enjoyed my stay. As stated before, I would definitely be happy to book here again.
