Staff friendly and helpful. Spacious room. Comfortable. Plenty of pillows. Good bathroom. Very close to Republic Street but quiet. Safe. Complimentary water every day. Coffee machine with pods and milk pods replenished every day. Good breakfast included. Easy access to restaurants and shopping. Sites of interest easily walkable. 8 minutes walk to airport bus - no steps.

Had read a few reviews before booking - the room -502 - and probably all floors with 02 on the end - was as said in another review - had a window facing an outside shaft - so only view of walls and a patch of sky as we were high up. Room was big enough - had very comfortable bed , pillow and duvet -great bathroom / shower - ok no drawers in bedroom but not a problem...robes, slippers , lavazza coffee machine and kettle, coffee, 2 waters and tea topped up each day with a mini fridge too. Other rooms of course, more expensive , had better size and view - but this was a short stay and it was absolutely perfect for 3 days. Breakfast was absolutely fine - cooked section, and great choice of teas and coffees. downside was that it is in a small area which could get busy and noisy they could do with moving the sofa area over a bit to make more space... - but we managed!! Very helpful reception staff - and clean rooms too! Location couldn't have been better!

(triple room, Maltese+traditional balconies) Great location for easy access to the bus terminal for island exploring, and for walking Valletta (without being right in the thick of it). Maltese balcony offered a unique perspective of street life. Comfortable bed (ran hot due to plastic mattress protector); decent shower. Hotel is on a pedestrian street open to vehicles until about 09:30, so we did hear the street wake up very early every day with deliveries, unlocking, etc. (Maltese balcony doors dampened sound; traditional balcony doors did not). No drawers/shelves of any kind in the room, so stashing small things was a challenge. Buffet breakfast was fresh and, though not expansive, provided good choice. Buffet and cleaning staff were lovely.

The hotel is very well located in the historic area close to everything. The staff were very courteous and helpful - thank you. The rooms are small, which would not have been an issue except that there were no drawers to put your clothes in so you have to live out of your suitcase. Also there was little shelf space in the bathroom for two people
