Our stay at Cocobay was truly wonderful. The location is absolutely beautiful, with stunning views and a gorgeous beach that never felt crowded. Our bungalow was lovely, very comfortable, and spotlessly clean, as was the rest of the resort. The food was a standout. Every meal was excellent, thoughtfully prepared, and consistently enjoyable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and genuinely kind, which made the experience even better. One thing to be aware of is the entry road to the resort. It is in very rough shape. If you plan to rent a car, I strongly recommend considering a 4x4 rather than a small vehicle like the Vitz we had. Overall, a fantastic experience in a beautiful setting. We would happily return. Enjoy!

Beautiful! We went for our honeymoon and it was perfect. It is very quiet and relaxing overall. The food, drinks, and service were great. The room was nice as well as the deck/view/pool. It was very clean and well-maintained overall. The beach is public but was mostly guests. Beach chairs and umbrellas were always available and there is great service on the beach. Norma does massages at the beach which are great and fair priced. We would love to go back!

Our stay at Cocobay was absolutely amazing. The views were unreal, the staff was incredibly kind and attentive, and the food was top-notch. Even though there’s only one restaurant—which is rare for an all-inclusive—it was more than worth it. Every meal was high quality and delicious. Truly a perfect stay.

Room was reasonably clean. The faucet in the bathroom looked like it needed to be tightened up. Would be nice to have a way to keep the doors closed when on the deck to keep room cool. All the employees were very friendly and helpful. The grounds were beautiful and the ocean view spectacular. Meals were all very good but need to combine cake and ice cream on more of the desserts. Had easy access to three beaches. We would highly recommend the Cocobay resort for a relaxing vacation.

We stayed at Cocobay Resort in Antigua in November, and overall we had an amazing time — but our experience was unfortunately impacted by a room issue that was never properly resolved. When we arrived, we were not given the room we had booked. Instead, we were placed in a much smaller room with a significantly smaller plunge pool, located off to the side and mostly in the shade. Because of the lack of sun, the pool was cold and didn’t feel as clean or inviting as expected, which was disappointing given the price we paid. On our last day, we were finally moved to the room we originally booked, and it was absolutely perfect — exactly what we had expected and paid for from the start. Unfortunately, despite paying for a higher-tier room for the entire stay, the resort refused to provide any type of refund or price adjustment for the days we were placed in a smaller, lower-value accommodation. That said, the beaches are absolutely stunning, some of the most beautiful we’ve ever seen. The food was wonderful at every single meal, and the servers and chef were truly exceptional — kind, attentive, and genuinely warm. Their hospitality played a huge role in making the trip enjoyable despite the room situation. We still had a great vacation and many memorable moments, but the way the room issue was handled left a bad taste and prevented this stay from being perfect. With better transparency and guest care in situations like this, Cocobay could easily deliver a flawless experience.
