Private parking 50 meters next to the owners' house for one car. Floor space: 62m². Old attic renovated into a charming detached house. Warm and modern interior. Scandinavian atmosphere and cocooning in the heart of the mountains. Fully equipped modern kitchen. Immediate environment of summer and winter quality with the children's snow garden for beginners 200m away. Comfortable cottage in the hamlet of Verneys, 2 km from the center of Valloire. Verneys chairlift 500 meters (Valloire-Valmeinier ski area). In summer, direct proximity to hiking and mountain biking trails. Major road passes nearby: Col du Galibier, passage with the Hautes-Alpes, at 16 k72 km / Col du Télégraphe at 7 km. Gateway to the Vanoise National Park via Orgère, 44 km away. Italian border via the Col du Mont Cenis at 72 km.
