The Space:

Welcome to your Valras-Plage villa, a haven designed for family fun and relaxation. This home features four comfortable bedrooms, perfect for accommodating everyone. The master bedroom boasts a queen-size bed, offering a peaceful retreat. The second and third bedrooms also feature queen-size beds, providing ample space for guests. The fourth bedroom is ideal for the kids, with a bunk bed adding a touch of adventure. Two full bathrooms ensure convenience for all. The heart of the home is the open-plan living area, comprising a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a cozy lounge. Step outside to the private pool, where you can soak up the sun and enjoy refreshing dips. The outdoor space also includes a pétanque court, perfect for friendly competitions. Enjoy al fresco dining with the provided BBQ grill. The villa is equipped with air conditioning throughout, ensuring comfort during the warmer months. Additional amenities include a washing machine, dryer, and free parking, making your stay even more convenient. Bed linens and towels are provided, and the beds will be made upon your arrival. The villa offers a seamless blend of indoor and outdoor living, providing everything you need for a memorable vacation.



Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire villa, including the four bedrooms, two bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, the dining and living areas, and the private pool. Outside, enjoy the pétanque court and the BBQ grill. Free parking is available on the property. Bed linens and towels are provided, and the beds will be made upon your arrival. You'll also have access to air conditioning throughout the villa and high-speed Wi-Fi.

A short 10-minute stroll will take you to the sandy beach, perfect for sunbathing and swimming. Getting Around:

Getting around Valras-Plage and beyond is easy! Free parking is available on-site for up to three vehicles, making it simple to explore the area by car. For those arriving by air, Béziers Cap d'Agde Airport (BZR) is approximately a 20-minute drive away. While Valras-Plage is best explored on foot or by bike, the nearest train station, Béziers, is about a 20-minute drive, offering connections to regional and national destinations. Consider utilizing local taxi services or ride-sharing options for convenient transportation within and around Valras-Plage.

"Please note that check-in is between 4:00 PM and 10:30 PM. Check-out is at 11:00 AM. We kindly request that you respect these times. Free parking is available on the property for up to three vehicles. Pets are allowed, but charges may apply. We want to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, so please be aware that smoking is not permitted inside the villa. For your convenience, bed linens and towels are provided. Also, please be aware that we do not allow dangerous breed dogs. Should you have any questions during your stay, please do not hesitate to reach out. Security deposit required

• A security deposit will be required including for Airbnb guests via a bank card pre-authorisation from 300 EUR to 1500 EUR depending on the property

• You will receive a message 2 days before arrival to complete online check-in

• This is when you will register your bank card for the deposit

• If the deposit cannot be secured, we will not be able to hand over access to the property"

Baby equipment available as an optional extra: travel cot and high chair provided as a package for €15 per stay. The travel cot is provided with the standard mattress designed for this type of cot, not with an additional thick mattress. Baby bed linen is not provided.

Early check-in or late check-out: possible only subject to availability, with an extra charge of €40. Late arrival after 11:00 p.m.: €40 extra charge only if an in-person check-in is required. If the late arrival after 11:00 p.m.
