A beautiful chateau with views of the Vals-des-Bains valley. A a A stunning 19th century French chateau. The rooms are very large, modernized bathrooms, air conditioning and extremely comfortable beds. There is large modern pool in a quiet setting with lawn chairs and umbrellas. A very private setting to explore. Walking distance to town, restaurant, casino and spas. The best part was our host Marie-Antoinette who made our stay very special with her friendliness, generosity, and exceptional service. Better than any 5 star hotel. The property is so relaxing, beautiful and special that we could have stayed here all summer.

Fantastic
Posted Aug. 14, 2015 on HotelsWe were amazed about how beautiful this château is, in a fantastic location. The rooms are all unique! We stayed at the suite which was mind blowing with all the comforts. Marie Antoinette was very kind and welcoming.
We highly advice this hotel, it was a wonderful stay and we wish we can visit it again.

Lovely
Posted Jun. 29, 2014 on ExpediaWonderful chateau. Didnt eat evening meal there as fir 80 euros each according to website, was too much for us so we ate at hotel de Lyon which was good. Breakfast at the chateau is dear at 17 euros each when all we wanted and asked for was a croissant and tea. Most expensive ive ever had.
otherwise iits lovely.

Pros: Search on internet
Cons: Nothing! Just keep up the good work!
Location: The Ardeche is a truly beautiful area- but to be honest we were so happy at the hotel, in the beauutiful grounds and pool we did not venture far.
My husband and I were blown away by the beauty and style of this hotel. There is tremendous attention to detail- from service, food and accommodation. Nothing is anything but perfect. It is quite simply my favourite hotel I have stayed in for a very long time!

Incredible Place, Feel Like Royalty
Posted Jun. 27, 2011 on ExpediaThis was a wonderful respite from a bectic travel schedule. The rooms make you feel like royalty from another time, yet the overall casual atmosphere was not stuffy but extremely comfortable. I highly recommend this to anyone, with or without kids alike. I will certainly return and stay longer.
Eric and Marie Antionette could not be more gracious. We had breakfast which was all home made by Eric. The best pastries we had in France, and that is saying a lot! As they were not making dinner the night we were there, Marie made us dinner reservations at a wonderful restaurant locally. Excellent service, above and beyond!
Go here, and stay longer if you can.
