The team was super kind and helpful. There’s a park just across the street that is perfect for walking dog buddies, and parking and walking to nearby businesses was easy.

Great one-night stay

The facility itself is a pretty typical Motel 6 but the lady that was working there on the 4th afternoon was absolutely out-of-this-world nice. It was refreshing to feel like being greeted and checked in by someone decent. Being next to the railroad did suck (where at 5am, you'd hear and feel the ground tremble a little) but not like they can do anything about it. This is a good place to stay for anyone going to Guadalupe Mtn N.Park

Overall always a great experience here,love that they take my fur babies without added charges. Only bad experiences was with next door neighbor. It was a non smoking room and yet he and his wife were smoking outside and inside the room. It made for a very uncomfortable friday night into Saturday morning

Decent stay for an overnight

Pretty great stay. Easy check in, nice people at the desk. Bed was fairly comfortable but could be better. Room was clean enough but bathtub was really dingy.

Poor hotel experience

When I called to check availability I spoke with Sherry who was very pleasant. I asked if connecting rooms were a possibility and she said yes that we would have to book one queen room and one double room. Because I get rewards on hotels.com I booked through the app and wrote down I needed connecting rooms. Sherry said they would see the note and make sure to give us connecting rooms. Upon arrival Caleb provides me the keys and I ask if they are connecting. He says they aren’t and that they don’t have any connecting rooms. I explain that Sherry assured me they would be because I have my four kids. He wasn’t helpful and pretty much said oh well we’re booked this is what you have. Very inconvenient as two of my kids had to sleep three rooms away alone. Also lots of noise from the train passing and not comfortable beds. I requested non smoking and the rooms were saturated with smoke smell.

The hotel has pretty clean rooms. Rooms are small, but have microwave, fridge, TV. Many people are smoking, so you can smell cigarettes in the room. Area by the hotel is safe; also, big supermarket and EV charging stations in short walkable distance.
