This was a great place to stay although we only stayed overnight, we will stay here again next time we’re visiting Vancouver. Paul, our host was very communicative and everything was as expected.

The host was very helpful in helping me make arrangements. The suie was spacious, clean and adequately equipped. We stayed 2 nights, 2 over 80s and our son, and found the suite very comfortable.

The space was very nice and clean. The beds were comfortable, and there was a bidet (personally, a huge plus for me). There was also the largest movie theater screen I've ever seen in a rental property. I couldn't figure out how to use streaming services, but there was TV and YouTube available. This place was a great home base for my group, as we weren't there during the day much at all. Paul was a kind and helpful host and gave us great recommendations for places to visit in Vancouver. He did let me know there would be "light construction" in the house above. I thought, "ah they must be redoing a bathroom or something." No, the entire house was under construction, like literally all of it, and there was construction noise from morning until night. Which, like I said, if you aren't there during the day much, it is probably fine, but be prepared. There was an issue on our first night, where there was loud construction noise until after midnight. I let Paul know that we couldn't sleep because of it, and he was quick to respond and correct the issue with the construction team. After that, we had no issues. With how expensive VRBOs were in Vancouver, we were pretty happy with the value of this property. There really weren't any issues after our first night, and Paul was a helpful host.
