We were very happy with the prompt service when checking in and the cleanliness of the room. Parking is tight when you are checking in, but the underground parking once you are checked in was fine. The EV charger was broken, which was unfortunate. The hot breakfast was pretty good. A gym would have been nice.

The ad said that I can call a shuttle bus for the pick up, actuallythe hotelsent me the em to confirm it with the phone number. When I arrived at the YVR, I called the hotel, it kept asking me to hold line but no one answered, finally I gave up and called a taxi instead

We were a party of 14 that needed to book rooms after a canceled flight. I was able to get seven rooms.Kelzang at the front desk was so very kind and helpful and professional. We really appreciated her as it had been a very frustrating day. We enjoyed the spacious lobby area with a shared pizza meal.
