Staff was soooo friendly! They loaned us an umbrella and a screwdriver set when we needed to adjust our wheelchair. They had great dining suggestions, the shuttle driver pointed out attractions and shops on the way to the hotel, just a really great group of hosts.

Close to the airport. Excellent service including breakfast and shuttle. Some restaurants close by. For the Price you can't beat conviemcy like this for a short stay before catching your flight.

I rarely write reviews, but after staying at the Days Inn Richmond, I feel compelled to share my experience.i booked a room family of 4 with an extra kid , only to be met with a complete lack of empathy from that guy staff. The hotel seemed unprepared or unwilling to accommodate a family of our size, and the overall atmosphere was cold and unwelcoming. What was supposed to be a comfortable night after a long day of travel turned into a nightmare. We were made to feel like a burden rather than guests. It’s disappointing that a hotel chain would treat guests this way, especially families. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
